Experience Cabo Luxury: Book Your Escape - Villa La Estancia 1604

Overall very good! All 3 properties are great but Esatncia is the best with villas which are most spacious and less crowded. Restaurants are plenty with many different options but are expensive!

This property was just what we were looking for. It is so easy to relax in the pool and hop down to the beach for a swim. This place had everything you need in the closet, pool floats, reusable grocery bags, basic cooking spices and oils. The market on the property was pretty expensive. Make sure to stop at a local grocery store on your way in. We used Uber all week, but they have to stop outside the property, which is only a 5 minute walk from our door to just beyond the entry guard gate. This place was immaculately clean and the grounds were kept very nice. When you check in, you have to let someone know that you are waiting to check in. It took a bit of a long time. No one harassed us to buy timeshares. It was a pleasant experience.

This villa was more than we could of asked for. It had everything for our trip. It was beautiful and very comfortable. After a day in the pool, relaxing on the patio and watching the sun was breathtaking. We will definitely be back to 1604!

The resort was beautifully manicured. The condo was exquisitely decorated and had a wonderful, large sectional couch for us to lounge on. The kitchen was stocked nicely with great pots and pans but missing a soft spatchla to scrape the sides of a bowl. The beds were soft and extremely comfortable with fluffy comforters on top. It made me not want to get up in the morning. The view from the balcony was fabulous just like the pictures showed. You would not be disappointed to stay in condo 1604. The pool area was quiet with not too many kids. We can't wait to go back.

Villa la Estancia is beautiful. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Villa La Estancia is pretty close to perfection. Villa 1604 is beautiful with an exquisite view and all of the amenities of home. Our family of four found the Villa to be more than enough space for us. The beds were very comfortable and the three full bathrooms allowed all of us to get ready with nobody in each other’s way. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you should need and a nice pantry with a few items that has been left behind from previous guests. Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash and shampoo were all available for us to use. Our daughters were happy to find many pool floats available. There were many books to choose from as well. The maid service thoroughly cleaned our Villa every other day and did a fantastic job. The concierge, Samantha, communicated with us many times and is available to make dinner reservations should you need them. The food at all the restaurants was fantastic and we also enjoyed one night of room service. We took Ubers downtown several times for dinner and it only cost around $6-$7 each way and was only about a 10 minute drive to the marina. The entire staff was amazing, especially around the pool. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool bar and restaurant by the pool. Food and drinks were always perfect! We will be staying at this resort every time we visit Cabo from now on. It truly is a perfect place!

This was our first visit to Los Cabos and I can’t say enough about this property! It has the most amazing view! It is spectacularly set, the decor is simple and perfect. It’s perfectly clean! I had a question about the housekeeping schedule, and sent a message via email when we arrived I was answered by the host right away. Villa Estancia is really great and classy resort staff is so nice and really have such great attention to service. Towards the end of our stay my husband had a medical emergency, my children ages 22, 15, and 12 stayed behind while I accompanied him to the hospital. The resort reached out to me to let me know that the host would accommodate my children another day if needed. This very kind and compassionate action will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband is ok thank God. But to know that under a time of need someone can be so kind as to extend a hand to someone they really don’t know is such a warm gesture. Thank you so so much 3 I will definitely return to Villa Estancia and book with this host! I am determined to end on a better note.
