Stayed Dec 29, 2024Perfectly located rental house with stunning views, lovely staff, great pool and easy walk to the town center and beach.Some minor maintenance issues need attention but it could not be a better place to stay in San Juan Del Sur.

Stayed Dec 26, 2021The property is perfectly located, at a walking distance to town (restaurants and stores) and with a great view of the town and bay. The property was well kept and fully equipped. The TV in the living room did not work but the issue was promptly resolved. The property manager and staff were friendly and responsive. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in great place close to town.

Stayed Jan 30, 2020Santa Maria villa 2 was the perfect place to stay. The home is clean, modern and comfortable and the views are second to none. The property is safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jo-Anne for taking great care of us.
