Exclusive Four Bedroomed Villa in Gated Complex with Sea Views

Well equipped comfortable villa very close to the sea.

This is an absolutely fabulous villa, amazing location and with the most beautiful views.This was our second family holiday at this villa and it couldn't have been more perfect. Both the host and his manager in Playa Blanca could not be more helpful and communicative.We (grandparents) took our daughter/fiance and their two children (2 & 5), son/daughter-in-law out to the villa over the half term holiday and were smiling from start to finish.The layout of this villa enables us all to have privacy in separate areas (bedroom/s/bathrooms) but come together in the spacious kitchen and living room areas opening out onto the garden through the covered outdoor dining area.The villa is very well equipped (even an air fryer this time!), the pool is a perfect temperature and the hot tub is an added bonus.Thank you for another brilliant holiday.

Just returned from a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed. It has the most amazing outside space where all the family had their own area to relax in, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Being able to see the sea everyday is a treat! The bathrooms were lovely - fantastic showers! The location however is what really makes the difference - we’ve stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca and this one has to be in the best location. Two minutes walk and you are on the promenade, with the lovely Marea bar a 5 minute walk one way and then Flamingo beach a 10 minute walk the other way. We made use of the very reliable bus service near to the Natura Palace hotel to get to the town and Marina which meant getting around without a car was super easy. We cooked some lovely meals in the kitchen and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. Communication with the owner / villa manager prior to arrival was always prompt and efficient and check in was so easy. We will definitely return!

Beautiful villa in an excellent location short walk along the coastal path to the bars and restaurants, we travelled as a family of 8 plenty of space around the pool and areas to eat fabulous holiday

Villa9 is stunning. We had 3 different lots of family visiting us. Every single person agreed that the pictures didn't do it justice The pool was great and so was the hot .Both were well cleaned twice a week. There was plenty of space outside and the furniture and sun loungers were plentiful. Lastly Suzanne could not be more helpful without being obtrusive. We have already booked for another 5 weeks next June/July

Having just returned from our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa,the experience was as before excellent,The location for our family was perfect due to the proximity of the beach and restaurants that served great food,The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and heated as agreed with the owners and the villa is spotlessly clean throughout.Suzanne with whom we dealt with whilst we stayed was very helpful and answered any questions we had via email very punctualy.We will I’m sure be stopping here again,Thanks again Mr and Mrs Forest

A great stay. Great size space for our family of 6 adults and two kids. The bedrooms are all great sizes, and with three bathrooms all of them are looked after. The communal areas are modern and spacious with everything you could need. Good size garden and warm pool.

We had a fantastic week at this stunning villa, perfectly situated within a secure, private complex. The location was ideal, with a short walk through the security gate leading directly to the promenade, which we enjoyed strolling along daily. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, making both check-in and check-out effortless. We loved our stay so much that we're already considering a return visit soon!

Perfect villa, looks just like the photos. Great location, nice walk into the town and beach. Well equipped kitchen which makes life easy, they have thought of everything. Good communication with owner. We had a couple of issues whilst there but were sorted really quickly after contacting Suzanne. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you

The property is just as it looks on the website. It has 4 large bedrooms all with privacy which was perfect for our family of Mum Dad & 3 adult children with partners. There are lots of varied areas both inside & outside allowing us all to socialise together but also have space to chill out if you want. Very secure complex of villas with direct gated access to the promenade where it is a 10 min walk to Playa Flamingo and another 15 mins further on to Playa Blanca. Would definitely recommend & stay again if we return to Playa Blanca. Thanks Suzanne & Andy, you are great hosts

After a small hiccup with the code for the entry gates, we were delighted to find a beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you could need for a fabulous self catering holiday in the sun. Although, if you don't fancy cooking, you can head out to the back gate and find yourself on a beautiful promenade with is minutes, where you can find loads of places to eat and drink in either direction. Pool and hot tub were great and very well looked after by the team. Kids loved the pool toys and games console (of course ?) and there were plenty of separate seating areas to utilise both in and outdoors so everyone could have their own space if needed (we were a party of 4 adults, 3 kids). Would highly recommend Playa Real No.9.
