Exclusive dream villa, hilltop, secluded, panoramic views, close to town

Perfect vacation from start to finish. We were a group of eight and our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The villa is designed so that all four bedrooms have complete privacy. The view is spectacular and the pool is perfect after a long hot day at the beach. Complete privacy with no neighbours in sight. The little added touches did not go unnoticed. We can’t wait to come back!!

Exceptional family owned and operated villa in the hills overlooking Lefkas town and the Ionian Sea. Super convenient yet extremely private. Owners and staff were most welcoming and accommodating. A luxurious and Comfortable architectural gem with dynamite outdoor spaces. Highly recommended!!

This is a stunning villa and the people helping with booking, local insights and cleaning are all fabulous.

We stayed first half of July 2017 with our 2 little girls. We also had friends over for the last 4 days. Information provided and the responses leading up to the booking process and the rental period were adequate, friendly and professional. The hosts and owners reside in the town down hill from the house. Argy and her husband are very nice people, always in for a joke and laugh. They are very service minded and will go beyond your expectations in regards to providing information, making sure you are comfortable, assisting you to get what you need (every day), while very much respecting your privacy. They provide a luxury rental with 5-star service. The house is remote but actually close to town. The grounds are well kept and the view is a million dollars worth (by day and night). You will need a car to get to the house (but also to move around on the Island). Beaches and sea in abundance. Close by (10 minutes) or a little drive. The house is beautifully designed and large but has a homey feel. There are numerous spots in and around the house where you can choose to have breakfast, eat lunch, grill with company, drink your coffee and do some work or just linger and chill with your gin-tonic or whatever. Pool area is great! The house is well fitted with amenities and all the provisions and appliances you can think of. Beds are awesome. I can't think of any negatives. This rental and the service which is included is above mainstream price vs quality standards (also if you are a hard case for luxury resorts and want to spent more money I believe nothing less can be provided by the hosts). We found Lefkada Island to be beautiful and still somewhat laid back in comparison to other tourist Islands. We were there on the edge of high-high season and found it still relaxed. Lefkada Town is touristy but also still in a comfortable way with cozy side streets and good restaurants (tip: go where the local people go). Also a must is renting a private boat (with or without skipper). There are so many little coves. beaches and other islands you can explore during a day trip. Places you can't go by car or on foot. One more beautiful than the other. We live in the Caribbean and think we have blue water, but the sea around Lefkada can be like a swimming pool in spots. Not like anything I have ever seen. My husband, myself and our son had our best holiday ever at Apanemia. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in such a stunning property where everything has been thought about down to the tiniest details. The owner was a delight and really helped us make sure we made the most of our stay in Lefkada. We will return. Absolutely first class in all aspects.

This villa has unique design as it magically blends nature with modern style. Views are simply amazing! No neighbors, total calmness, serenity all around! The location is also perfect as it is so close to Lefkada town and also close to both the east and the west sides of the island. We did not want to go around much though, we just felt like enjoying the villa most of the time. The service was exclusive! The owner made us feel at home but also spoilt us with all sorts of conveniences she would arrange for us! First time we were so much taken care of in our vacation!
