Exclusive Cruz Bay Villa! Amazing water view and sunsets!

The house was fantastic! The amenities it provided made the entire vacation easy. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers made beach trips seamless. The location to town was priceless along with sunsets on the deck.

This house has amazing views and is located very well to the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay, while still being very private and quiet! George was a great host and guided us to the house and checked in during our stay to see how everything was. House was well equipped with everything you would need!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this villa. The location is great in close proximity to Cruz Bay but still very private. The view is outstanding. George the property manager is very responsive.

Our stay was great! The property was as described and the views are amazing. The host and property managers were so kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was wonderful. Convenient location to town and the grocery store and the drive time to the beaches was reasonable! I highly recommend this property.

This house is just perfect for a couples trip. Panoramic views for days. Sunset views every single night. It was so nice to be on the beach all day and then come home to relax in the pool away from everybody. It’s super close to a grocery store that has everything you need for the week. We cooked at home two of the nights and the kitchen had everything we would need. We loved sitting on the covered patio and just staring at the ocean every morning and night. Communication with the property manager was super easy and they were very attentive. Texted them when to expect us and they met us at the ferry and we picked up our rental jeep and followed them to the house. A lot of the restaurants and shops are a six minute drive from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and had a phenomenal view. We enjoyed afternoons in the pool and all the beach amenities available to use. George the property manager was a great communicator and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything from the time I booked till the time I checked out was great. Our family was THoROUGhLY impressed. Only 4 of us were planning on coming and then my son was able to come last minute. I asked the host if We could axcomodate him and he was like totally!!! We have a bed we can being up for him too!! Then about a week before they called to see if we had any questions about our stay George met us at the car rental and we followed him to the place. I was so imprsssed by his welcoming demeanor The place was exactly as we had seen in pics. If we go back we will for sure stay here. Thank you George

Villa was just as listed, very clean and airy. A/C was good. Pool was amazing for afternoons under an umbrella. George gave us info about the house, food shopping and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing.Beach chairs, towels, and coolers for daily beach excursions.

Two couples stayed 5 nights in February. Everything was excellent. The property manager George met us at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. Explained everything we needed to know and gave great recommendations for dining and beaches. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Glorious sunsets and relaxing mornings looking out over the water. A/C made the villa very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and well working grill. Also great to have a washer and dryer. Would love to stay here again.

We fell right in love with the location, the sunsets, the friendly atmosphere and every beach and restaurant we went too!!! Double rainbow our first day and full and half rainbows every day after that!!! We will be back!!!

We stayed at the house during Christmas week. Great location, view and set up for our family (two adult couples). The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are spectacular. The hills and driveway (getting out) are challenging.Would highly recommend.

Stayed at this property for 25 days Nov/Dec. excellent views from the covered deck area which has ample shade in the mornings. Nice pool area adjoins deck area.

This house offers great privacy and has an amazing views looking towards St. Thomas. The close proximity to the grocery store and Cruz Bay makes it a superb location. The house is clean and had everything that we needed. The property manager, George, could not have been more accommodating and was extremely efficient in responding whenever we reached out to him. We look forward to visiting again.

Had another great stay at Sea Cruz. This place never disappoints. George the manager is always available and goes above and beyond expectations.

This is our second time staying at this villa, and again exceeded expectations! The views off the back deck are spectacular. The beach chairs and coolers are perfect for a great day at the many beautiful beaches. The house is very clean and well equipped. And George, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful. The rolling power outages affecting St John Island, did result in occasional 2 hour power/water outages. All in all, another great week at the Sea Cruz Villa, filled with amazing sunsets, great beach days, and awesome snorkeling! We will definitely stay here again.
