Stayed Aug 13, 2025This is a very well equipped house - perhaps the best of 20 places I have stayed. It is also spotlessly clean.Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and, due to Swiss restrictions on AC, only the lower (bedroom) level is air conditioned. The main floor is not air conditioned and was uncomfortable even with all of the window shutters closed all the time. Fortunately the pool and outdoor spaces were very nice.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This property was in a wonderful, quiet location, easy walk to the cafe for breakfast and coffee. The walk back is straight up though, so be prepared. Great host and comfortable property. Convenient access to train stop, ferry stop, small town and casino to the North, Lugano is 15 minute drive. Como is 35-45 minutes. MXP is 45-60 minutes.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023We used the property as a base for visits throughout Switzerland and northern Italy. Great views. Marble throughout. Easy access to highways. Loved the pool. Hosts were great too, very helpful!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We had a great week in Bissone. We were unlucky that it was very hot, so we found it hard to sleep well. But apart from that, the place was fantastic. They might need to invest in air conditioning at some point, because the place was impossible to get cool. But it was an extreme week, so hopefully it doesn’t happen too often.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The outdoor space and views of the lake are amazing. the property is large and clean. Proximity to the lake, Lugano, and shopping was perfect. We enjoyed the house very much.
