The Space:

This recently renovated house sits in a quiet residential pocket of San Antonio Bay, a 200-metre stroll fromthe welcoming sands of Es Puet beach. The ground floor centres on an open-plan living space and a compact, well-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and induction hobs. Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers a 90x200cm single bed without air conditioning, while the third provides another 180x200cm double bed with air conditioning, a balcony and direct access to the roof terrace. Modern comforts run throughout the property, including satellite TV, internet, a washing machine and a safe for valuables.

Outside, the roof terrace is the standout, with views across the Mediterranean that catch the western sky as it shifts through amber and rose at sundown. The garden below holds a small swimming pool, terraced seating areas and an awning for shade, with artificial grass giving younger children space to play.
