Restored old mill in the wonderful town of Sineu. It has a private pool and capacity for 8 people.
The backyard of this unique house hides a refreshing chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth of 0.90 to 1.80 meters. Next to it, you can sunbathe on the 8 loungers or relax in the shade of these walls full of history. You will also find a mobile barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property isfenced and has direct neighbours.

The 2-storey house retains many details of the old mill construction, such as the stone walls and the vaulted ceilings. On the ground floor you will find the dining room next to the kitchen that has a ceramic hob; a bedroom with a double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you have the wonderful living room with AC and TV-sat; another 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds -one with AC- and one with a double bed and AC; and two more shower bathrooms. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in the town of Sineu, very central on the island. The town offers the basic services for your stay and you cannot miss its weekly market that has been held for centuries on Wednesdays and its beautiful parish church. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, about 20 km away, where you can practice water sports or eat a delicious paella in one of its beach bars.

    Great location, very close to the shops, restaurants, train station and Sineu historic town square. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park on the street in front of the villa pretty much every day. The only problem you might have is on Wednesdays, when the market happens and the town is invaded by tourists. I suggest not to drive anywhere between 9-13 :). Sineu is also positioned in such a way that it takes about 20 minutes to an hour to pretty much any point on the island making it great starting location for any trips. Villa is awesome, plenty of space, everything you need was there. The pool area and the swimming pool itself is great. Loved our breakfasts under the lemon tree :) If you manage to meet the hosts in person they are lovely people as well!

    The big pool is a great asset to have in this location since it is quite far away from any beach. Big size, very clean and large garden that can easily accommodate 7-8 people

    This was a big charming house with a relaxing garden and pool. The whole family had a great time. The restaurant next door was very good and served quality food. Close to shop with basic food items, fresh fruits, vegetables, bread and bakery.
