Entertainment-packed, Spacious, Peaceful & Convenient

Craig is a superb host, every request was dealt with and he couldn't have done more to make our stay so enjoyable. The property is wonderful and by no means overstated in the description. So much room inside and a huge garden outside.

The property is amazing and the house has everything you could want in a vacation property. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent! Craig, the owner gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do and was extremely helpful in every way! We would stay here again without hesitation. We hired chefs that Craig recommended and the food was outstanding! High end restaurant quality and we enjoyed every bite and minute of our stay.

A beautiful, high spec house ideally situated for both Pollença old town and the beach. Perfect for multi generational families, with great support from both the local agent and the owner Craig. To be recommended!

We loved our stay at the villa. It has everything you need for a family stay. Pollenca old town and the port are nearby and are great places to visit. Good beaches and a range of good places to eat.

This is not the standard rental villa but has many personal touches by the owner who lives there part-time. It was the home of Pollensa artist, Dionis Bennassar and his artwork makes this villa unique. Our group of 8 (4 couples) enjoyed the layout of the villa, outdoor and indoor space offering both privacy and social time. The 4 ensuite bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and glasses, ideal for preparing group dinners. We especially appreciated and did not expect the well stocked pantry (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc) and the separate garage for storing our bikes which had bike supplies and tools. The pool area was fantastic and peaceful surrounded by a beautiful garden. Wifi worked great if you have to check in with work. Craig and his team were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The villa handbook was useful and we had no issues during our stay. Beautiful villa, great amenities, excellent facilities for children (our children ranged from aged 4 to 9). Great support from management company and owners, who went above and beyond that expected.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It is an excellent location in a quiet area just outside of Pollensa. The accommodation was exactly what we needed (4 adults and 3 kids)and had everything we could have asked for. Our grandsons (aged 6 and3)especially enjoyed playing in the large garden and loved swimming in the pool everyday. Communication with Craig and Ben were excellent and as we arrived late, we really appreciated the initial food shop that they arranged for us. We would all love to return!

Wonderfully spacious but also very homely in the furnishing and equipment. Perfect for a holiday with all the family. The large pool was great fun and the men in the party enjoyed the large lawn and football net. Best thing was having lots of different areas to sit, eat and relax. Well situated between Pollensa and the sea. Ample parking and well secured.

We enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at villa Can Bregat and cannot say enough good things about this incredible property. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need or want is supplied including “extras” such as a telescope and virtual reality headset. It is very inviting and feels like a proper home, with wonderfully stocked bookshelves (no need to bring reading material!), gorgeous paintings on the walls and a kitchen equipped to do some serious cooking. The pool is a good size and we paid to have it heated so it was the perfect temperature. The gardens and outside spaces are lovely and we spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool and on the patio areas. Another aspect of this property that we really appreciated is how peaceful it is. In the mornings, we sat outside and could hear only birdsong. You would not know that there are any other properties around yet it is conveniently located for towns such as Pollensa and Alcudia and for many sandy beaches. The roads around are very quiet and great for leisurely cycling. From the moment of booking, Craig, the owner, and the property management team were very attentive and communicative. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future!

There were 4 generations in our family group of 8 people ranging from Great Grandma at 94 to Baby at 6 months. The villa was so well laid out, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished that it was perfect for everyone. Toys and games for the children, bikes, table tennis, an amazing selection of books to delve into for the adults and a beautiful garden and pool. Outdoor shady areas and a great BBQ and dining terrace. Only one problem - we were not there for long enough! We loved it.
