Stayed Jul 19, 2024This trip could have been amazing. But when I paid the amount of money only to find the house unclean, amazing turned into awful! The bed linen in the master bedroom had not been changed. There was makeup on the comforter and pillow cases. The sheets were silver grey in color which made it very easy to see the previous guests drool and other body fluid. I didn’t plan a vacation only to have to share some unknown person’s DNA in the bedding! Floors and base boards were unclean. Wipe down walls or get a fresh paint job periodically. I understand many people come to stay throughout the year, but when you tell me I can’t check in until after 4pm because your cleaning crew and an inspector has to check the house before that time, my expectation is the place will be spotless. I recommend you fire the inspector and reprimand the cleaning crew. It should have been a marvelous stay as the home is beautiful but only if the sanitizing upkeep is maintained. I could not reach anyone after 5pm that Friday and had to endure by purchasing my own sheets for that king size bed! Also there were no games in the game room like advertised. The pool table had one cue with a rubber tip, no cue chalk. The air hockey table was not fully functioning and the foosball table was in the way of the pool table. It’s those little things that make the difference. I didn’t expect perfection but a level of excellence in your presentation is the least to provide! Do Better!

Stayed Jan 21, 2022Clean up crew missed a few things. There should be a list of deficiencies so guests don’t feel they need to worry. Over all very nice had a great time.

Stayed Aug 26, 2021The house was beautiful. The resort was beautiful. Almost no one slept comfortably. The beds mattresses were very hard. Some important household items were not working or missing. I would rent again not this property

Stayed Jun 5, 2021The house was exactly how it was pictured. The house was clean. The rules for the house was overwhelming. This was my 3rd time this year booking with Vrbo, I didn't understand why I had to use 13 gallon trash bags after I had already purchased trash bags for my stay, We couldn't run the air passed 73 or it would freeze and I would have to pay for it, and when leaving the house I needed to set the air to 80.The big trash can was full when we arrived so I had no where to put trash. One of the Jack and Jill bathrooms something was wrong with it, and the had roaches but they put a nicely word sign up stating the reasons for them and by them I mean the roaches. For the money I spent I didn't expect roaches. There are other things I could say but I will leave it at those.. Over all my family and I had a good time. IF I boom again I think I will request walk through.

Stayed Mar 13, 2020We rented this villa for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday party the house had so much space. It also came with everything that we needed. The check in process was easy and the management company is very responsive .My only regret is that we didn’t book it for a longer stay. Would definitely rent this villa again the home is beautiful.
