Stayed Jul 20, 2024The villa is beautiful and decorated as modern 70s. Loved the screen porch in the morning or to enjoy an evening storm. The villa had many starters and was very clean. The location is perfect many walkable restaurants, shopping and beach. The villa is located in a gated community with a spacious pool. It is also centrally located for quick trips to Venice and Gasparilla island.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023We had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic too. Renting bikes from Allure, across Beach Rd., is a must. My kids enjoyed biking all around the island. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and most of that is waiting for traffic to pass. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable. You will sleep well after your adventures. Speaking of, I highly recommend a fishing charter with Elsberry Charters out of Boca Grande. We caught so many fish and enjoyed our fresh catch that night for dinner. Everything in the listing is accurate. The villa is well stocked and has what you need or your stay. The property manager is responsive and accommodating. You will love it here. Stayed Sep 30, 2023My family loved staying here. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the beach. Having a washer and dryer on the property was definitely a plus. Everyone in the community was really nice and the pool was perfect. I’d recommend this villa to anyone.

Within a very short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Located in a great area. I would highly recommend this property.
