Bill was AWESOME as a host! House was very clean, quiet, had a screened in pool, pet-friendly, very spacious and super comfy! King-sized bed in the master and nice patio area. Centrally located to great restaurants, the beach and lots of shopping! Would highly recommend Bill and his property! We would absolutely stay again!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this property for Spring Break. Bill was a wonderful host who readily and helpfully communicated with us my text. The place was well appointed, very comfortable, and lovely. Everything was very clean. The pool was great, and the chairs and umbrella came in handy at the beach. The kitchen worked very well for us, which is important because my daughter has food allergies. It was a wonderful getaway!

My family stayed at this beautiful home for a week in March. The property was clean, stocked with everything you would need in case you forgot things. We went to the beach and were able to use the umbrellas, chairs and coolers. My teens loved biking in the community. We met the owner, Bill, who was wonderful. Highly recommend this home for your stay!

This home was comfortable and provided all the amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Bill was responsive and great to work with. We made use of the lanai and pool as well as all of the beach amenities (chairs,umbrella) as well as the bikes. It is located conveniently to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.
