Stayed Aug 29, 2025I booked this property via Vrbo website and got confirmation. I tried to communicate with host time and again for the update. However I neither got any update from Vrbo nor from the guest.I got all infos in my account including address.Since I did not get any latest update from Vrbo I went to the address but that address does not exist. It’s a scam I went through. It was misleading and tried to connect host but there was no response. Later contacted Vrbo customer service but they just refunded and cancelled the reservation. I came all the way from Calgary with my small kids and old parents but we were forced to stay night under sky. Even I had conversation with supervisor named Aghar but still we were helpless.I explained all my conditions and requested them to help for booking but they did nothing. Host said just property is not available and Vrbo cancelled and refunded but ultimately we customer got trouble. Since I did all the procedures systematically but none of the Vrbo contact person helped us. Definitely I am gonna bring this concern to Vrbo corporate channels too. Hope you do understand and will take necessary compensation connecting to us.
