Villa Muriwai is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquillity in Armação de Pera, with capacity for 8+1 guests.



The room is bright and welcoming, providing an ideal environment for moments of family gathering and with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and easy access to common areas.



Onthe first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and another bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, offering space and privacy for everyone.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals with ease, and provides direct access to the outdoor area.



On the exterior, the property features an inviting heated swimming pool (additional cost), a well-maintained garden and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun.



Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera, the villa is close to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches, combining tranquillity and convenience for a memorable holiday.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

The 9th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.
