Great property in a really good location

The villa was absolutely amazing and worked so well for us all. Having the 3 different apartments in 1 villa worked really well for our family. The villa was extremely clean and the pool was a great size accommodating everyone. Moraira is a beautiful place with lovely beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarkets which are all a short drive away. We pre ordered our food to be delivered on arrival which worked well (Mercadona). I would definitely recommend hiring a car because walking up and down the hills is hard work in the heat but taxis are available.We had an issue with water and I contacted the host and they were there in 45 minutes and solved the problem working late into the evening. I would definitely recommend this villa as a very high standard. Terraces on all levels with beautiful views. Tiles round pool area and steps become very slippery when wet. Photos on here do not do the villa justice. It’s so much nicer than we thought.Thank you so much we had a fantastic holiday.

Great house divided in three different apartments, one on each floor. The top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, the ground floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and the pool level has three bedrooms (two with an ensuite bathroom) with double beds and one bedroom with four single beds.The pool is amazing, as well as the other outdoor areas. We cooked and dined together (17 people) with ease.We didn’t rent a car and it’s quite a hike from the grocery store up to the house (especially with groceries ). It’s definitely doable but I think we’ll make sure to get a car next time.The walk to the local beach is shorter, and don’t miss the walk along the coast to the town centre, it’s beautiful.All in all we had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday - 16 of us ranging from 5 to mid-60s. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was lovely. Location was good for walking to El Portet or Moraira, although the walk back was steep and we were glad of a car for the supermarket runs! Ruud and Nina were very helpful with all our queries and Nik's paella was amazing!

A perfect property for a large family. Beutiful location.

The house is a great place for different families, there was 15 of us, 3 different families , each family had their own space. Everything we needed was there. Lots of different outside area’s around the house to sit and chill. The pool was fantastic and the table tennis served as great entertainment for all the family . Bit of a walk to the shops and beach but doable, Taxi’s were cheap but had to wait a while on a few occasions. The beach is quite small but the sea is calm and shallow and we hired the paddle boards and kayaks which the children loved . Overall a great holiday and house highly recommended.

Since booking this villa Ruud and Nina have been very good with communication, everything we needed to know has been answered quickly. We arrived a bit early but Nina meet us and let us in. The villa was lovely on three floors. Each family had a floor to themselves + there were lots of communal areas to get together. The children loved the pool. It was a lovely stay for all of us. While we were there 2 of the tv’s broke but were renewed very quickly. Highly recommend it for big family get together.

We had an amazing time, the villa was amazing everything we hoped for. Ruud was excellent in communicating and even let 2 of our families check out at 7 pm at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

A fantastic property for our large family group, ages ranging from 11 to 83. Everyone managed to walk the hill to the nearby beach and also to Moraira. The outdoor spaces were excellent and we never dined indoors. Super pool with plenty of sunbeds. The owners provided a 1st class service. Highly recommended.

Lovly house and a very plesent stay. Would like to stat there again.

We had a fabulous stay at Los Pinochos. The communication with the host was first class as was all of Ruud’s assistance. If you get the chance ask his son in law to cook you a paella. It was amazing. The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and we left a few more inflatables and water guns for the pool
