El Olivo, stylish and spacious villa in Pollensa, in an exclusive area

Perfect accommodation for six adults and four children. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and dining room, swimming pool, and very helpful landlord. All went perfectly. Good location with supermarkets nearby.

Our group of eight has just returned from a wonderful, totally relaxing week in Villa El Olivo. We loved the peaceful off the beaten track location amidst ancient olive groves, with views to a forested escarpment and distant mountains, and only sheep bells and bird calls to break the silence. The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is a good size and the villa, pool, gardens, and outside areas, including the bbq, are all very well maintained. Communication with Jose was always very quick and easy. It was a pleasure to meet Jose and his family. Villa El Olivo is clearly very much a family affair, they are fantastic hosts who all put a lot of effort into caring for their property and making sure our stay there was relaxing and completely hassle free.

This spacious and quite private villa is better than the website photos suggest. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor table to seat 10. Pool loved by children (aged 5-9) who also enjoyed the space to run around and explore safely.

We booked the villa prior to the covid outbreak to celebrate a special birthday, but with all the travel restrictions, especially from the US where several of our party where travelling from, we had to move our trip from 2021 to 2022 and Jose kindly moved our booking forward without any problem. The villa is beautifully situated, surrounded by countryside and the hills and only a short drive from Pollensa, which was very convenient. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very clean. Every need was catered for and Jose dealt with any issues as quickly as possible, although we only had one small one. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was lit in the evening, and spent most of their time there. There was plenty of shade for those that wanted it and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A holiday to remember for a long time……….it really is highly recommended.

We just came back from Vila El Olivo and we loved every second of it. We were looking for a secluded location but still short drive from amenities, shops and town and this place had everything. The Vila itself was gorgeous. Extremely clean and very well maintained. We are a family that loves cooking and the bbq area had everything you need and all knives were sharpened and pans were amazing for paellas etc. Very spacious living & dining rooms plus all rooms are of good sizes. The Vila is surrounded by wildlife and the only noise you really hear are of birds, wind blowing trees & the lovely bells from the sheep on the fields surrounding the Vila. I believe the location is the best in the whole island as Puerto Pollensa has all that you need in terms of restaurants, you have supermarkets, butchers & fishmongers within 7 minutes drive and you are close to the mountains and for me the best beaches of Cala St Vincent & not far from Sa Calobra. All in all an amazing holidays for families that loves peace, nature & good food. Jose is an amazing host. Extremely attentive and caring. He is at hand 100% of the time and always happy to support. You can feel the care & love that Jose & his family have for that Vila when you are enjoying your holidays there. Every detail on the Villa and the way they look after us & the amenities is amazing. Highly recommended and very looking forward to spend a few more holidays there.

Lovely location within 15 mins of town and beach. Very clean and large and host extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Everything about the villa is first class. It exceeded our expectations and was the perfect location and property for a holiday with our adult family. The villa was well equipped, lots of towels, crockery, glasses, laundry room, two fridges, BBQ etc. The pool is generous and the surroundings very peaceful but only a few minutes drive from Pollensa with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The mid week clean was an unexpected bonus with two friendly ladies changing beds and cleaning from top to bottom. A minor problem with a shower draining was resolved with an hour and the pool was also maintained a couple times during the week. Jose met us at the property and provided recommendations and advice when needed, Thanks a José ! This was a property I did not want to leave and hopefully I will get the chance to return to it in the future.

An excellent property with good accommodation and pool. It has a lovely peaceful setting out in the country without another house in sight, but only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and Polienca and 20 minutes from Port de Polienca. Highly recommended

There were nine in our party - six adults and three children. The villa always felt very comfortable and spacious. It’s very well equipped. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. For example, we asked if there were any ice cube trays and they delivered brand new ones within the hour. The location is beautiful and so peaceful, being far away from the main road or any other properties. We wouldn’t hesitate to go there again. Rick

We have just returned from a lovely week at El Olivo. We loved the villa and found it very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Jose was a very helpful owner and we had lots of prompt communication prior to our stay. We loved the tranquility of the area and yet only a few minutes drive from the lovely town of Pollenca and all its amenities. The villa and grounds are very well maintained and cared for and the beds were very comfortable! The family have obviously taken great pride and attention in creating a lovely holiday home. We hope to return one day...
