Stayed Jul 3, 2024The online booking, communication and check in was easy. The property was just as it looked online-very nice, clean, easy access to everything listed for amenities. We enjoyed the beach, lagoon pool, pools close to our Villa, shuttle service, golf, go carts nearby, awesome restaurants and convenience of everything nearby. The only problem we encountered was parking. We registered early, paid for more than we we allowed to park (so, on the registration process, it shouldn’t allow you to pay for example:3 vehicles, 2 motorcycles and a small motorcycle trailer), unless they have parking space available for what you pay for). The 3 vehicles we were allowed to park and have parking passes for, it was a very rare occasion that we could park anywhere near the vicinity of our Villa. Maybe assigned parking spaces number with Villa number would help out??!! We mostly stayed onsite, except leaving for dinner, go cart rides for our grandchildren and such, then, upon returning, had to park at other Villa parking areas. Which, in turn, would lead to someone else not being able to park near their villa. Really didn’t mean to complain about anything because we had a fabulous time!
