Edgewater 2 bedroom Golf Villa Across From Beach

We highly recommend this villa based on our stay. Everything was exceptional from the location to the quality and cleanliness to the communication. We would book again!

Dishwasher was broken. We had to rewash dishes in the cabinets because they obviously had been unloaded from a non working dishwasher. The bottom had popsicle sticks and spoons under the rack. Housekeeping came into the villa before we had left. The lady was apologetic stating that she “thought the villa was empty.” Pillows definitely need replacing. They were stained terribly. Washed the rug in the bathroom because it was beat down and filthy. Blinds in the double bedroom were missing sections and curtains were off the rods in sections of in the master bedroom and living area. Everything else was great and the host was great. We just think the housecleaning needs improvement.

The villa was so nice, the property was amazing! Tammy always answered my text and emails very quickly and was so nice.

Great villa love the pool and tram stop were right there at the room . Very clean and very quick response time back from host . Overall great experience and if needed will rent again .

This was our second year staying at this property. We love the setup of the villa. It’s so convenient to lots of options for entertainment and food and you can’t beat having a pool where you can watch the teenagers play from the patio.

Nicely updated, beautifully decorated. Well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

Property as described. Pool right out the door for quiet swimming or go to the big fantastic pool on site. Everyone there very nice, shuttle service to and from pool was a great feature when you have children. We plan to return and hopefully stay in the same condo. Owner was very easy to work with.

The condo was dirty upon arrival and I notified Tammy immediately to which she replied she has never had a complaint. The check in and check out process was great. We have stayed at Edgewater many times, but this was an average stay. Nothing stood out about this condo except the proximity to the small pool. Otherwise, there were no kids dishes, pack and play, or anything to accommodate kiddos.
