DUPLEX IN DUCK KEY 3/2 W/90' Private Dock, Trailer Storage included

The duplex lived up to the photos, a really nice size, 3 good bedrooms abd plenty if living space, kids loved the pool and we could fish for minnows off the dock. Kichen was functional, missed a few items but no big deal.

We loved a lot about this place- location was new to us but great for the wedding we came to attend down the block. Three bedrooms, with a pool. We knew it was duplex with shared space going into it, and were fine with our neighbors but the layout is ideal. They did a great job making it separate spaces.Cleaniless brought the rating down as I had to clean everything I needed to use to prepare breakfast- forks, knives, mugs, coffee pot. The pan and tongs both had large particles (looked like chicken skin maybe) The pans in general need some updating. Water flow in sink is slow and faucet doesnt move from left to right.Dead lizard in master bathroom- looked to be there for a while. Spare cot is dirty- bring a protector.Pool needed to be vaccuumed from debris (but may have been new since it was windy) Water looked great!!Third bedroom with full size bed is super small, and gets hot.Oh and owners recommend some blackout curtains since the spotlights around the house make it like stadium lighting inside at night. Hard to fall asleep with how bright it is shining in.

The pool was warm and clean. The ability to dock your boat and easy access to the ocean was phenomenal. The canal was very clear and blue. Feels very private for a duplex. Friendly neighbors. Views incredible.

Love staying on Duck Key, the dock was very convenient. All amenities and rooms were great. Pool was refreshing. You can hear your neighbors in the adjacent duplex.

Beautiful property

Did not see the bar! Overall great place to stay. The queen bed was a little hard for us. Location was perfect! Very clean and we did not have to wash bedding or towels before checking so that was great! We will definitely be back!

The unit was clean and we enjoyed the pool and tiki hut. Very quiet area even with very nice renters on the other side of the duplex. The 9am checkout time was the only dislike. Made the morning rushed.

This place was perfect for our family vacation and our first time to the Florida Keys. It is conveniently and centrally located, and the area was very nice. The duplex was clean and very comfortable for our party. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Really nice place. We stayed here 4 days and only had neighbors for one day, but everyone was really nice. The pool was great, the king bed was comfy. Good hot water in the shower and a washer and dryer. One evening while relaxing by the pool a manatee swam by. What I like about this place is you're basically in the middle of everything. 1 hr 15 min north you're in Key Largo, 1 hr 15 min south you're in Key West. So take your car and drop the top and cruise. The neighborhood was super quiet and if you're looking for a great dinner, 15 min south there is a nice restaurant in Marathon called the Key West Steak & Lobster house. Only 3 minutes away is the Dolphin Connection, if you love these animals or if you have kids it's a great experience to get in the water and reenact with them I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

We have a nice stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the sugar ants that got into our food in the pantry. We were lucky because the other side was not rented. If it had been rented, we would have had to share the outdoor spaces including the pool. I sent the owner a message asking questions when we booked, but never received an answer. We fished off the dock the first day and caught quite a few large Mangrove Snapper. Don’t swim in the canal, we had a 7 ft Bull Shark pay us a visit! The canal is shallower on the condo side with some rocks, so not sure how a larger boat would do. Overall, a very nice place and would stay again with a larger group to book both condos.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it!! Location is great, the canal is great for fishing, swimming and relaxing. Pool and patio dock area is perfect. Plenty of room for everything and everyone. House is clean and well stocked for all your needs. Looking forward to staying again! The host is amazing as well.

This place is excellent for the money and what all it offers! Location is ideal, you’ll be in the middle of the keys so driving from place to place is a breeze. Next the pictures do not do this house justice. The place is just lovely with plenty of room, that is clean and tastefully decorated. From fishing off the dock, to playing in the pool, to ease of access parking. Book this one for your dream Florida Keys vacation!

This property was exactly as described. Great location and outdoor space with the pool and tiki huts. Canal access was great, we enjoyed watching the fish but the fishing was tough. The house was nice on the inside and really quite spacious. It was great for a big family as there is a roll-away bed and a pullout couch. The nitpicks I have were that the place needs a day or two with a handyman. Front door knob was loose and hard to turn, fridge handle was lose at the bottom and hard to use, ice maker worked but has random issues, microwave seemed on its last leg. Also several switches/lights did not seem to work. Location was great and the outdoor space was awesome. Would stay here again.

Cute, cozy duplex and since we rented both sides due to amt of people, we had the pool and dock for fishing all to ourselves. Be aware that if you rent only one side you may potentially have to share the common areas(pool/dock). Definetly recommend.

It's a lovely home, but please note that it is a duplex, which means you'll be sharing the pool area with the tenants in the other unit. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of what is happening next door. However, the neighborhood is tranquil, making it a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Keep in mind that there isn't much to do nearby; everything is about a 20-30-minute drive away.I’m not sure if the advertisement mentioned this, but check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 9 AM. We initially planned to rent for 5 nights and 5 days, but in reality, it's 5 nights and 4 days. This didn't affect us much since we left a day early and moved elsewhere due to the lack of activities. We found it too dull here and decided to continue our journey.

super nice to be able to have your boat and trailer at the vacation property

My husband and I booked this stay with my brother and his wife. My family joined us for a 4 day stay here before we went to our next destination. We are on a month long trip in different locations in Florida. This stay was especially nice since we were with family and had the opportunity to enjoy fishing and boating. The accommodations were perfect. We chartered a fishing boat and were able to enjoy our catch for dinner the same night. The grill was an unexpected bonus; we prepared our entire meal on the grill. Pool was amazing. The marina was within walking distance so the next day we rented a boat and beached along a sand bar for several hours; snorkeling and swimming were fantastic. Highly recommend. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

I was quite surprised with the property. The screened in back porch was a nice touch.As well as your own tiki bar by the pool The floor plan to the house is nice and open. Plenty of towels and even beach towels for the pool. I will stay there again if I get a chance.

This was a very nice duplex house with everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to make meals in with your group. We loved the heated swimming pool and it was right beside the deck off the canal. There were lots of fish in the canal to look at. The hosts were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable, spacious, rental for our family of four. We loved having our morning coffee out by the water & a night swim in the heated pool! Our only complaint…the walls are thin & our neighbors snoring kept us up at night.

i have had the privilege to stay five Times Feels like home away from home my husband and I enjoy the peacefulness as well as meeting New neighbors that are renters From all around the world It is close enough to go to Key West for the day and come back before night time since I don’t like to drive Highway one at night I cook fresh fish and shrimp every night instead of going out to dinner We hope to return next year instead of staying at accommodations at the resort
