The newly renovated villa, with a total of 280 square metres of living space, has been designed using high-quality materials, with great attention to detail and in timeless, neutral tones. Spacious rooms, plenty of natural light and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas create a unique atmosphere.

Stylish living & relaxation

The light-filled living-dining room, featuring a large, solid wood table and a cosy lounge area with a TV, opens out on both sides of the villa, offering a lovely view of the front garden and, through large glass doors that can be fully opened, of the pool. On cooler evenings, a pellet stove provides cosy warmth.

Modern kitchen & comfort

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and breakfast bar leaves nothing to be desired: plenty of storage space, a double oven, an American-style fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a combined hob with gas and induction hobs – perfect for cooking together in the evenings.

An osmosis filter system provides filtered, great-tasting tap water in the kitchen.


Stylish bedrooms & bathrooms

The villa features four comfortable bedrooms across two floors, including a spacious master bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom, and one with a balcony. The two remaining bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each bathroom features two washbasins, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a heated towel rail. The ground-floor bathroom also features a freestanding bath. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Three bedrooms feature a small office desk with a desk chair – making them ideal for workation stays. All bedrooms have been fitted with high-quality doors, so you can enjoy privacy in your rooms even when on holiday with friends or family. In addition, there are two baby travel cots including bedding and two extendable sleeper chairs available.

Fantastic outdoor area with garden and 50-square-metre pool

The fully fenced, secluded garden is a real highlight. The heated pool measures 50 square metres (10 x 5 metres). Six comfortable sun loungers provide relaxation, along with a sunbed for two people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the outdoor kitchen with a brick-built barbecue. A high-quality patio table seats up to 10 people. Another highlight is the sheltered outdoor lounge area for balmy summer evenings, with additional seating around the house. A pool shower and a pool toilet are also provided.

Child-friendly facilities

Two fully equipped travel cots are available for babies and toddlers if required, as well as two high chairs. A large box contains a wide variety of (board) games for children aged 0 to 16 and adults. In the garden, there is a small wooden bench with a table for children.


Sustainability & technical comfort

Thanks to solar energy, its own well for watering the garden, a herb garden and modern saltwater pool technology, the villa is both comfortable and sustainable.
The house has a high-speed fibre-optic connection and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. Two computer monitors can be booked if required.
