Disney Area Pool Home with Hot Tub & Game Room

Honest review. The host was very quick to respond. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm during a chilly spell in Florida (paid extra for). The layout of the house was awesome with access to the pool from multiple rooms. Things that could be better… Strong natural gas smell in the garage/game room. Was told this is because of the propane being used to heat the pool. We did not spend a lot of time in the game room for that reason. Also, due to probably just being in beautiful Florida we did see a cockroach in the game room, as well as lots of ant (Alive and dead) in the house. Bedding could use updating. Main living quarters were very nice and clean, the bedrooms could use a little extra work.

This was our second year staying at this house, we love the neighborhood, very quiet & the private yard is great. A bonus watching the Disney fireworks every night.The house is spotless & the kitchen is well equipped.

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at the Villa. The pool area with its large dining table was perfect for meals and pleasant to hang out at other times.

We have stayed in this neighborhood four times and this was our absolute favorite booking. The house is beautiful inside and out (landscaping), and very well appointed. We found everything we needed. The pool area, lanai, and view out back are very peaceful. We even discovered a walking trail on our last day that we have missed in years past, and had a beautiful walk around the ponds and fields where we observed cranes, egrets, and even a really big tortoise! Shelley and Tom are easy to get ahold of and extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Great house perfect for our family of 5; very clean with great facilities and very comfortable beds. Pool was an excellent size and despite the cold temperatures the spa was very hot and a great spot to watch the Disney fireworks from. Communication with Shelley was outstanding and exceptionally quick, and we were very grateful for her making a Christmas tree and some decorations available to us too! Would recommend and would happily stay again on future trips.

Another long stay (over 3 weeks) in Shelley's amazing villa, Shelley is a great host with great communication and her villa is awesome. We had pool heating again as it was November and the pool is a great temperature for the kids and the spa hot tub is great also.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this villa for 3 weeks. Everything was perfect for us and we were sad to say goodbye on our last day. The location is excellent, beautiful views poolside and an added bonus of the fireworks. I rarely give 5 star reviews but I couldn't find fault anywhere. The villa owner (Shelley) was very accommodating when covid hit and we had to move our dates forward. Thank you for such a great experience and we will be returning soon.
