A striking detached house in a quiet neighborhood. A wonderfully quiet free garden adjacent to meadows. A unique place! The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the cozy living room, open kitchen with gas stove with oven and dishwasher that extends to the dining room where you have an unobstructed view of the garden and meadows. A facade that can be opened over the entire width. In the hall you will find a toilet and cellar. On the ground floor there is a shed with an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor you will find the bathroom with roof terrace, a double bedroom with a small balcony, a separate toilet and a dressing room.

On the second floor are 2 bedrooms with a French bed.

There are 2 terraces in the garden, there is a trampoline, a swimming pool and a hanging chair in the tree!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and a train station are within walking distance. From here you can easily and quickly reach Utrecht, Amsterdam or Zandvoort for the Grand Prix.

You can also get on a bike and discover the beautiful surroundings. The unique Soester dunes, the beautiful forests, Lage Vuursche, Paleis Soestdijk. Beautiful concerts are given at this unique location in the summer.

A little further on you can eat fresh fish in Spakenburg. This village can also be reached by bicycle boat. This bicycle boat travels over the river Eem. Through a beautiful piece of nature. You can also rent a boat and sail yourself and take a dip.
Amersfoort is located next to Soest. A pleasant city with nice squares and streets. And with a beautiful forest bath!
Another beautiful place to swim is the Henschotermeer in the middle of the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
