Detached 3 bed villa, private heated pool, free wifi, close to all amenities.

Great property with heated pool and large area with good sunbeds. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Both soft seating and table and chairs outside. Beds were comfortable and water always hot and plenty of it. We were met and shown around by Steve who also cleaned the pool twice during our stay. Great guy, very helpful. Unfortunately the villa suffered a burst pipe in the bathroom during our stay, but steve was straight around to see, then Alan came and fixed it, not what you want on holiday but we cant fault the service and it did not spoil the stay, these things happen. Good area with easy access to the shopping centre and beach. Only bad point is the estate needs a bit of a spruce up, but thats not the villas fault and wont spoil your stay, highly recommend you book a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roy. Beautifully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Clearly loved by the owners and cared for by the hosts.

Villa Roy is a beautiful villa the owner has great taste of decor The only thing I didn’t like was when asked if my sister and her husband could visit one day and MAYBE !!!!! Stay over was told if paid £80 and £20 additional nights so we didn’t bother was only a maybe then told can’t come and use facilities my sister and brother_in-law are 64 and 65 so would of been call in for a coffee or a glass of wine after receiving this message we went to there hotel who were very pleasant and happy for us to visit just would like to let the owner know this

Lovely villa in a great location.

The property is in excellent condition and all the facilities are top-class. The location is superb for the beach and supermarket and is very quiet and safe. It was a pleasure and a privilege to spend two weeks in this lovely villa. The property managers, Steve and his wife were very helpful and efficient.

Spacious , comfortable with adequate private pool. Only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach with clear blue sea. Great hm facilities and plenty of good quality towels for the pool and bathrooms. Great out door seating and table area out of the wind . This is a great all round self catering villa for a family holiday. Highly recomended.
