We had an amazing holiday at Roser’s home .We stayed as two families with teenage children . There were 11 of us all together and there was loads of space for all of us . Roser was a brilliant host who was able to answer any questions we had . We felt very looked after. The pictures of the house do not do it justice . The pool is gorgeous and the air conditioned bedrooms and lounge spaces are so comfortable and clean with everything you might need.The views from the balcony are stunning . While in Lloret de Mar we visited the beach , town but also further afield to Barcelona and Girona. It’s a great location with so much to do .

Family of 7 stayed beginning of Aug 2025. Grandparents through to grandkids.We were wowed by the villa when we arrived much later than we had hoped. There is plenty of space for everyone and the 2 bed apartment on lower level is amazing but we didn't use this. It is a little dated in places but this can be overlooked when taken in to context the rest of the villa. The garden and pool area is amazing with plenty of seating. The pool is great. On the whole we had a great time, with higher than normal temperatures the air con and pool was a god send.The villa is great at night with the garden and pool lights. We spent all our time in garden or on the covered terrace. Only the kids sat in the living room!Just to add our thanks to Roser who kindly accepted our shopping delivery, meet us at 10pm (flights change), to get the pool guy to check the pool and for all the questions we posed at her. Thank you once again.Definitely worth a second visit.

The villa was perfect for our stay, the outdoor space was excellent, even nicer than it looked on the photos, so clean and everything we needed. We were a family of 12, grandparents, and parents with 4 children under four and we couldn’t fault it, the property was fully enclosed and felt very safe. The pool was cleaned during our stay which was great. Inside there was plenty of space for us all and the little apartment downstairs was ideal for the grandparents! The host was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and any requests we had were dealt with straight away. It is a bit of a walk into town and especially coming back up the hill but we loved the area, it was so peaceful so worth the walk! A brilliant holiday, would recommend.

The outdoor pool area is very large, very well stocked and maintained and quite the area to relax including the wonderful pool. The house is well kept with a wonderful massive lounge and dining area, a very good sized kitchen, also a number of lovely bedrooms. The air conditioning is the cherry on the cake. The host is very kind, always available and very rrsponsive. As are her colleagues who maintain the property. It is about a km to the beach, uphill on the way back although a bus runs and a taxi about 8 euros. The trip to the beach is well worth it. We would certainly come back. Thank you Roser.

We were 10 friends and we had a great time at Roser's villa. We had everything we needed. The villa was near the city center by foot. The pool was beautiful.The communication with Roser was great. As my friends said, the villa was more beautiful and big than what appears on the photos on the website.

Very nice house for families and owner was very good with communication and very friendly. House good size for 8 adults and 3 children, pool was excellent and lots of space to eat outside with each other. No technical problems - wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine all worked perfectly. Only things that could make it better - ideally air-conditioning for very hot nights, there were individual room fans which were essential but still tricky to sleep in mid-summer nights. If air conditioning is too expensive - maybe ceiling fans. 11 people generate a lot of rubbish and recycling so a bigger bin would be good. The community bins are at the top of a very steep hill - so having to go up regularly is hard / good exercise ? The location is good, 15 minute walk into Lloret de Mar - but the hill is very steep so if you have elderley or very young children you may need a hire car. Taxi's are cheap and there are buses. The town is big enough to cater for all types, there are nice restaurants and lively bars for younger people. There is a full blown supermarket 10 mins down the hill and a small grocery shop for essentials 5 mins down the hill. Otherwise, perfect, would recommend to any families. ???

The family really enjoyed the holiday. The kids loved the pool. The hill's not so bad once you've walked up it a few times. Loved the small shop. Sell's everything you need. Would definately return. Air Con would be a bonus, but we need go in August

Adequate for our needs, furniture and fittings a bit tired, maybe investment was not carried out due to covid uncertainty but overall a nice property ?

Enjoyed our stay lovely villa and pool would like to come back to lloret de mar bars and restaurants good too

The house is very spacious and is located very nicely. Would recommend!
