Villa 3 anses is a beautiful Creole villa of 150m2 with swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) on a fenced plot of 2000m2, located 10min from St Anne.
Sea view not overlooked and access to the Mare Gaillard coastal path.
3 air-conditioned bedrooms + sofa bed in living room with fans.
The villa 3 anses takes its name from the coves accessible from the Villa via the coastal path Mare Gaillard which can be taken at the end of the garden.
The villa is located 10 minutes from Sainte Anne, its pretty market where you can find local fruits & vegetables, caterers and souvenirs; as well as all amenities (pharmacy, medical center and extra supermarket). Caravelle beach, which is 5min away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on mainland and one of the best kitesurfing/windsurfing/sailing spots.
The villa offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
-> the master bedroom: 200/200 bed, dressing room, private bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower & WC) with a beautiful sea view.
-> the lower ground bedroom: 140/200 bed, dressing room and private bathroom (single basin, walk-in shower & WC).
-> the large earth room: 2 beds 90/200, dressing room and private bathroom (single basin & walk-in shower).
A main corridor serves independent toilets, a laundry room, the kitchen open to the living room and the 3 bedrooms.
In the cathedral living room with beautiful volumes and sea view, you will find a TV lounge with a fold-out sofa bed as well as 2 ceiling fans for your greatest comfort.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room and the gallery/terrace, is fully equipped.
On the long gallery / terrace is an outdoor lounge, a large table and hammocks to enjoy the sweetness of tropical living.
