Very pretty Creole villa, decorated with care, with a deck (wooden terrace) of 100m2 where the swimming pool (6X3 salt) is integrated where you will spend the majority of your time thanks to its places in the shade, in the sun, its deckchairs, its 2 outdoor lounges, its dining table for 9 guests, its shower, its barbecue.

House ideally located 200m walk from very beautiful sandy beaches (Pont Café, Corps de Garde, Mabouya) and the coastal path, 2 km from the very typical markettown of Sainte Luce and with a small supermarket nearby (crossroads market in the subdivision).

A 200m walk from Pont café beach with its 4.5 km coastal path, ideal for pretty walks or a little jogging. You will also find along the path the Corps de Garde beach with its facilities (floating pool, restaurants, shower ...) and its activities (aqua gym classes, musical evenings ...)


A house manager will be at your disposal to welcome you around a house punch and present you in detail the whole house and the assets of the island.

The villa is located in a very quiet housing estate. It is located in a condominium of two houses (the 2nd house is close but not terraced and not overlooked) so it is not suitable for parties.

The villa is only 20 minutes from the airport by car and 3 minutes from the village of Sainte Luce (15 minutes running and 30 min walking slowly)
