Cozy Windsor Hills 6BR w/Pool/Spa Villa, 2 miles to Disney

There are many houses in this neighborhood and this is a great neighborhood but this particular home was not up to par with the other homes in this neighborhood that we have stayed in in the past. Nova who was the management company for this property was not responsive and the overall care of this home was clearly lacking. The pictures on VRBO are not representative of the home and much of it is showing great wear. In summary avoid this house and select another home with a similar format. If you do stay here do not opt for the pool heater because it doesn’t work as you would hope. Terrible stay, terrible management, unresponsive, unengaged. Stay Away.

The house was a dump. We are Canadians so we remove our shoes at the door. After the first day my husband’s new white golf socks were so filthy dirty he said I may as well wear my shoes. The shower up stairs leaked into the laundry room I had to put a pan under the spot to catch the water. The washer didn’t work had to be changed out. The guy and his son came I had to deal with them they spoke not one word of English used google translate. They never tell you they are coming we came home to see the guy leaving after dropping off a different washing machine…really did not like that. People in the house when we were not there . The house needs tons of work should not be on VRBO. The kitchen had nothing in it to prepare a meal. 4 tea spoons, chipped mugs, dirty disgusting sheet pans, no oven mitts, burn my hand. I tea towel and and a used sponge. Ordered a BBQ no utensils to clean the grates or flip the burgers. Towels were thin and dingy. This was not our first choice the house I originally rented in April 2021 was sold 3 weeks before we got there. I paid $2,000.00 more for this house, needed the dates that were open. I realize now why it wasn’t rented. Someone commented about candy wrappers behind the night stand. They are still there! The pictures are very deceiving must of been taken when it was new. Table on the lanai was so wiggly we thought it was going to fall apart. Every time I complained I got a message back “sorry for the inconvenience bla-bla-bla. No way renters should have people in every day fixing something.. brutal!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and fit our needs. We did have a few hiccups along the way. Upon arrival my guest was not permitted through the gate because she wasn't pre-registered. I did include her name on the registration forms, but apparently this wasn't enough to let her through the gate. We had arrived late and I had to contact the property manager to get her in. The property manager did respond promptly, but it took almost an hour for my guest to get in. I suggest that the directions be more clear as to how to register guests that will have their own cars. The downstairs of the house was exactly as in the pictures, but the bedrooms were not. We had three four girls on this trip that had picked out their rooms based on the pictures and were surprised to find that there was a pirate room and that many of the decorations did not match the pictures on the website. This included the master bedroom. The comforter is nothing like in the pictures and in fact it was old and dingy. The kitchen did not have good supplies. We actually had to go to the dollar store to purchase some items. There weren't enough plates, or cups to accommodate our party of seven. Also, the pans were old and scratch and half broken. The kitchen supplies definitely need an upgrade. The heated pool and hot tub were well worth it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to someone looking to rent near Disney.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Exactly what we were looking for and everything we needed. We loved the house and the community. The main pool area with water slides was a great bonus! Will stay here again!

We all have an expectation, it may be based on pictures of the property or previous reviews. This place failed on 8 of 10 of those expectations, be ready. We arrived at 3:50pm, cleaners were still in the home. When we walked in about 4:10, the staging of the house looked amazing, and it was what we expected - then we started walking through the home. Here is where the rest of the night took a change for me and my family. We found a home that was at best poorly cleaned, we found so many issues with the cleanliness. We had children running around and found broken glass on the floor, the table tops, flooring were not cleaned. We then walked through the rooms and noticed the sheets where dirty and had a smell. We took pictures of all of this and we sent them to the property manager. We noticed hair and pee stains on the bedding, so we pulled every linen in the house off the beds. My family spent the rest of our first evening cleaning and washing all the bedding and towels late into the night. We ran to get cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, cleaned the entire first floor, kitchen, floors, under sofa, etc. As the night went on we continued to find more poor cleaning and areas completely not touched. The master bathroom shower has mole, bathroom faucet broke off due to corrosion. On to the pool, kids were super excited! The pool was a little murky and dirty, we called the management company and they sent out someone the next day. The management company was not responsible for the cleaning as the home owner has another company cleaning, they were very responsive. They did have to come fix the pool pump and kitchen disposal and adjust the chlorine in the pool. The size of the house was great, rooms and bathrooms were plenty, the carpet needs to be replaced, the game room needs some TLC - the pool table is a mess as well as the game console is all over the place. Overall the house could be great but the home owner needs to invest some love into his home if he expects to gain financial income over time. We should get a refund on our ‘cleaning fee’ as we surely did not get that upon our arrival. We learned allot as this was out first home rental, I just hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears and the issues and cleaning are improved and sustained.

This property was has a great location close to the parks, clubhouse, and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids as was the clubhouse. The cleanliness could have been better. We found old candy and chip wrappers behind the nightstands when we went to plug charging cords into the walls. Also, there were no kitchen garbage sacks besides the one that was already in the garbage cans. We also found clothing that had been left by former guests under the sheets when we went to leave.

I rent properties often for either vacation or for cheer events. This is the worst home I have ever rented in all the years. The listing is corrected now but it used to read that two rooms had one full and one twin. We got there and it was two twins in each room so we had one child without a bed. We had to get an air mattress for the floor to sleep on. The home was extremely dirty. The carpeting up the stairs was black/gray in color from filth. The carpets in the bedrooms had numerous stains ranging colors. The tile was grimey. The kitchen cabinets were filthy/sticky/stained. There has been obvious water damage to the kitchen as the cabinets showed a good amount of water damage to the cabinets below. The toilet seats were stained yellow. We were very uncomfortable. We went and bought all new sheets, blankets, and more towels. Not enough towels for 13 people. There were no towels in the home initially when we arrived. Someone dropped them off later in the evening that we arrived in a garbage bag. I called and complained about the condition of the home. I didn't feel initially anyone took me seriously. I was told it's a 15 year old home....so and so forth. This was Summit weekend. There was absolutely no where to go, all places were booked or I would have left in a heart beat. Summit is a huge event bringing tons of people from all over. I was told we could leave by management. Which obviously wasn't an option. After much complaint they did send over carpet/tile cleaners the next day. We weren't advised when they were coming so they showed up when most of us were at the ESPN Center. The one person there was surprised as we weren't given warning. However, luckily we got there soon enough to remove things from the floors so the carpeting could be cleaned. The company that cleaned also said the home was gross. The water coming out was extremely dirty. After they finished it was a breath of fresh air. The house smelled better, felt better. Someone did come and change the toilet seats while we were gone. I appreciated that as well. Bottom line, this home needs attention. It's beat up. I don't expect my home in rentals but I expect better than this. It was disappointing for how good the photos looked and all the good reviews. This home's condition was unacceptable. I do appreciate the efforts management made because we were at least able to finish our stay and feel more comfortable but it should have been done before we arrived.

This house had loads of room for our party of 11 and a fully stocked kitchen! Loved the fact extra beach towels were there! Communication was excellent! Would recommend this property!

Great place for our family to have lots of space and enjoy a vacation! So close to the parks. The neighborhood was great, the house was perfect and fit our large family well. We would stay again!
