Cozy Villa next to Jellystone - 3 Bears Lodge Water Parks - 3 bedrooms

An absolute gem of a place to spend a perfect a weekend getaway. The home was equipped with every essential needed. The owner was also quick on responses. Just 2 minor suggestions - please look into the data connections on the property, the internet was a bit slow. 2nd - please verify if the previous owner cleans the grill. We couldn’t use it because it was not cleaned.

Great cabin. Plenty of room, fully stocked, and clean.

The house was perfect for my family. However some of the pans need to be discarded as they are too scratched up. Bathrooms shower/floor boards could use a deep cleaning. The area of homes is beautiful yet some sketchy neighboring homes as they are run down and not kept up. Garbage/junk. We had newer vehicles and noticed our gas tank lids were open one morning as someone was possibly trying to get gasoline. Three bears park is looking run down. I wouldn’t recommend staying again. That’s Too bad for the owner of the house we stayed in because it really fit everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a very nice property. Everyone was friendly.

We had a great week at this cabin would definitely stay again. Location was great backyard was favorite spot at night. Owner answered anything we needed right away. Very clean and well taken care of !!!!

Great property, had all the amenities that we needed. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

My husband and I took our 9 children here. Most are young adults now, and they had two cousins as well. They had a very fun time with their cousins and a family reunion with one of our daughters who lives in Wisconsin. It was a very beautiful cabin and the loft was especially nice for the siblings. They also had fun playing games with their cousins on the TV. Our youngest daughter made friends with a young child at the cabin next door. They also enjoyed staying up late talking around the fire pit. It was nice that she had games, children’s books and coloring books in the game closet. Our children enjoyed them. Sandy was easy to work with and contact with any questions.

Comfortable and quiet lots of room great fire pit, we will stay again. Also discovered the County line bar and grill, good food good prices. Only drawback…down stairs shower squeaks like crazy when in use,

This is a very cozy cabin. We enjoyed sitting by the camp fire, and playing games and watching movies together as a fanily. We grilled out one night and thought the cabin was well kept and clean.
