Cozy villa a short walk from the beach ready for your family.

My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much. Jon was very responsive whenever we had a question about the house. The property is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is also very close to Jensen Beach downtown. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would suggest is for the upstairs bed to be changed. My husband and I are used to sleep in a king size bed, so the bed was a bit small for us. Other than this, we had a great time staying at the cozy villa.

Great place to stay with everything needed for a perfect vacation close by. Ocean and pool is mins away with easy access. Great bike riding around the park. Many nice restaurants within 15 mins. We will be back!

This house is in a really cool location with great amenities. You have the backpay access to the intracoastal waterway. It has Poole tennis courts paddle. There’s a beautiful little tunnel walk over to the beach or you can drive and park into the private venture three parking lot. On the private beach, there’s a wonderful Oceanside beach services guy who can set you up with chairs by the water or padded chairs up by the dunes!. We also rented a kayak from him and went out in a sea kayak to the back bay and around nettles Island for a very enjoyable, relaxing morning. Jonathan was great with the check in process and very accommodating. He was just one text away or a phone call. Very kind Owner and it was a great experience!

This house was very cozy, clean and welcoming. Everything you would need was available. Check in was easy and the owners even left us a welcome note and goodie basket. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you, Jon and Amanda.

We were welcomed with a gift basket and card by the owners, this is small personal touch that means so much. The space was clean, cool, and well maintained. We were able to have family who are local swing by and meet us to go do activities. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We loved our week in this rental and all the options for fun -- fishing, beaching, pickleball, tennis, and more. We had friends who also rented in the complex, which made it extra fun. The community is quiet and friendly, and the area has a lot to offer. We appreciated the hosts encouraging us to rent a golf cart -- it was definitely nice to have.

This is an outstanding property!! Great area, friendly people and great pool!! Screened porch off upstairs bedroom was a great place to end the day! Would definitely recommend this for your next vacation. The owners were very nice!!

The house was perfect for our needs, 2 bedrooms that each had a private bath gave us the personal space we needed. The location was great and allowed us to go to the beach every day. The house was adorable and very clean. Would definitely go back.

We had an excellent experience at this cozy villa. Very very clean and stocked with all the kitchen utensils and dishware we could ever need. Also lots of towels and linens. Beach was just a short walk across the road or through underground tunnel. The other community amenities were awesome too - big heated pool, baby pool, pickleball courts, lots of billiard tables , shuffleboard. Etc. Everyone was very friendly and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely return if in the area.

Jonathan and Amanda have provided everything you need in this rental. The few things that went wrong our host and the property manager were quick to correct. The community has many friendly people and the beaches are amazing. The only thing that the description of the property has it listed as having a hot tub. Other than that it is perfect.

We were down for our niece’s wedding on the Beach. The location was perfect. The people around us were very nice and friendly. And was very grateful how fast you responded to our text.

The villa was just as described in the pictures - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the beach access via the tunnel and the amenities available in the complex. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any needs or questions that we had.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days and had a great stay while we visited with family. Really nicely appointed and Jonathan was a great host. Thanks!
