Stayed Aug 2, 2023Oliva was an incredibly gracious host. The huildings were well furnished and comfortable. There is some construction in the area, but nothing that affected my sleep or daily life. I plan on staying here often when im in town!! Will always recommend this place to others as well

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Celebrating husband’s birthday and had several downtown events. Place was easy access to downtown and all major attractions, clean, awesome environment/atmosphere, and very friendly host!!

Stayed May 19, 2022I have rented a lot of properties through vrbo and this was hands down my best experience. Hosts: they could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more laid back. We actually got phone numbers before we left to stay in touch because they were so sweet and concerned about us being happy. Usually when we rent a property we kind of prefer to do our own thing, but the hosts were so pleasant and interesting that we would actually check to see if they were outside to just hang out and enjoy their company. Location: if you want to do the riverwalk and not have to uber everywhere this is the place for you. It's all right there! The only time we used uber was when we had traveled a good bit down riverwalk and didn't feel like walking all the way back. There are so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Riverwalk was two blocks away. Just outstanding. Pricing: at the risk of having to pay more for future trips here (and we are definitely coming back) I actually told the main host that she should be charging a lot more for what they offer. Not kidding. What an incredible bargain. Overall experience: best I've ever had with a VRBO host and property. Book this before they take my advice and raise prices!
