Cozy Holiday home in the heart of Chiangmai city

Nestle in the heart of Chiangmai city, Geosmin house is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Changklan Road, just a few minutes away from the famous Night Bazaar, Kaad Luang Waroros Market and a convenient 10 minutes away from Chiangmai International Airport and 15 minutes away from Nimman Road. Although right in the middle of the city, the quietness, the privacy, the lushes garden and the koi pond can easily make you lose track of time, as we do in this slow-life charming city of the north.<br>
Two story house with living space of 248 sqm. (2,670 sqf.) of each floor. The property locate on 636 sqm. (6,845 sqf.)of land space with garden and fish pond size of 20,000 liters.
This listing has modern and stylish 2 ensuite bedrooms located on the first floor, spacious kitchen, and cozy living area. The high ceiling of 3.6 m. (12 feet) ensuite bedroom with kingsize bed and aircon is good for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, a small toast oven, a kettle and a microwave. Clean sheets, fresh towels, and toiletries are provided in each room.
Living area is designed to welcoming daylight with floor-to-ceiling glass door so to embrace lushes green garden and fish pond.

Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the house for safety. Instead smoking area with ashtray is set by the pond. Free wifi and sound bar are available in the living area so you can connect to the internet and your favorite music throughout your stay.

GUEST ACCESS :
Guest will have the whole house during stay with a private access to the house. Parking is available onsite of the property

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
- Opposite the house is a cozy coffee shop with good coffee and delicious meals open daily 8:00-18:00
- Wagaya Japanese barbecue (Yakiniku) is just 20 meters from the house.
- Jazz pub where you can enjoy food, drink and live music is just 50 meters from the house.
From the main road,
- if you turn left, the nearest 7-11 (convenient store 24hrs) is 2 mins ride away (700 m. by foot)
- if you turn right, there are nice coffee and restaurants next to the river are 600 m. away (eg. Klerm coffee and restaurant, Mira Terrace, Baan Rim Nam)
- Laundry shop EM’s Laundry is 650 m. away with just THB 90 -per kg of wash and dry. Highly recommend as they do have a free pickup and delivery service.
- Thai massage shops are plentiful on Changklna road. Health Land (Thai massage and spa) is just a few minute walking away
- KFC is 1.1km or 2 mins ride away in case you need a good fried chicken.
- Central Chiangmai Memorial hospital is just 2 mins ride away (1.0km)

GETTING AROUND :
In Chiangmai , it’s easier to get around the city by motorcycle or small car for easy parking. Price for daily rental is around THB 350 for motorcycle and around THB 1,000 for a small car depending on the season. If you don’t feel like navigating while driving, Grab is also available in Chiangmai. Rent out a van with driver is another convenient way to explore Dois(mountains) for a cost of around THB 2,000 per day (petrol not included). Major international car rental service usually have a kios at the airport.
From Chiangmai international airport to our house or anywhere else in the city center, you can get an airport taxi (Gate1) with a fixed rate of THB 150 one-way.

THINGs TO NOTE :
We live and work between Bangkok/Chiangmai so we will not always be at the property with you. However, you can always reach us on mobile if you need us.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Keys can be collected on your checking-in date only between 1pm-6pm.
- No shoes inside the house please. But we do provide flip-flops for you to wear around the house and slippers in the bedrooms.
- Extra guests will be charged 1,000 THB/night for each of guest after 4 persons.
- Smoking is allowed only in specific area (by the fish pond where an ashtray is provided on table)
- Smoking in bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room are strictly prohibited. Penalty fee 5,000THB
- Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only. Air conditioning is not available in the living room. Please kindly switch off when you are away and prior checking-out.
