Stayed Dec 26, 2025Paul was an extremely attentive and responsive host. The house had everything we needed and was close to Holiday Valley and the town. Even when it was cold and snowing the house was warm and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Our host was very friendly and kind. The place was not very clean and quite cluttered with lots of personal items even outdated food in the fridge. There wasn’t any room for the things we brought for our family in the kitchen and in the bedroom closets. Location was great. Walking distance to town which is quite charming. If you dont mind staying in someone’s very lived in house, this place is for you.

Stayed Feb 15, 2019The property was clean, well stocked with everything you would need and is conveniently located a short distance from town and ski resort. Very homey! You can get to town by walking or just a short drive. Loved Ellicottville.

Stayed Jan 18, 2019My friends and I had such a great time at the Peterson home. Paul was such a great host. He made himself available for any issues (not that we had any) and was very kind and friendly. Would recommend staying here anytime. And super close to town and the mountain.
