Charming hillside haven townhome at Holiday Valley in Ellicottville

Townhouse was exactly as stated in the description.. very clean.. up to date kitchen was perfect size for family of 5. Can definitely tell the hosts takes pride in their rental. Loved it.. will stay again if available.

What a wonderful stay! We had a group of three girls for a ski trip and this townhome was absolutely perfect. It was so incredibly spacious, and had all the amenities we could ever need! The kitchen is a full kitchen with a Keurig (and coffees and teas!) and had a large dining area. We loved looking out the giant bay windows of the beautiful view on the hill. The bedroom upstairs (master) was very spacious with a large closet and a large bathroom and very soft towels. The bed is I believe a memory foam bed (or similar), so pretty firm. The downstairs area is great for my friend who is a night owl and had her own space. We LOVED the little welcome gift from the property owner. It was a perfect stay all around. We did drive over to the resort (didn’t want to walk down a snowy hill in ski boots) but it’s quite literally across the street from the resort. We will definitely come here again for a ski trip to Holiday Valley.

This condo was very clean and inviting, newer furniture and nicely decorated. You can walk to the Tamarack to get on the ski lifts, but this condo is on a large hill, so we drove and parked and had no issues. The water pressure from the kitchen sink is very low, but showers were great and the water was hot! We loved the gas fireplaces, easy to flip the switch on the wall for turn on/off. Timer on the dryer wasn’t working so we had to set timers on our phone, minor issue. Rachel and Peter were very responsive in timely fashion and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house had Christmas decorations to keep us in the holiday spirit and they even had hot chocolate and toppings for us to enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable - making our ski trip a success.

The home was perfect and in immaculate condition. The hosts made everything seamless. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

This place is new and clean and close to all the amenities. It is an easy check in and out process. It’s a very comfortable home with a large kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. The only problem we encountered was with the fireplace. The information in the book included with the property says the fireplace turns on with a switch on the wall. It doesn’t. You have to open a panel on the bottom of the fireplace and turn it on from there. We called the property manager and she told us what to do. A minor hiccup in an otherwise lovely stay!

This is a beautiful home and very clean. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back. The neighbors are very friendly as well.
