When you step inVilla Margarita, you’ll see the living room with TV mounted on the wall and the seating surrounding it so there’s plenty of room to relax and watch your favorite shows after a day at the beach. Easily keep the home front informed via the free WIFI (fiber optic). From there check out the dining table. Family dinners every day! Next to that the large kitchen with all the important appliances and enough cabinetry. It’s ready for you to fix the family meals whenever you want.



On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other has the bathroom in the hallway. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the other bathroom you will find a bath/shower combination, sink and toilet.



Take the stairs up and discover the other 3 bedrooms! Also on this floor you have the luxury that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. Both feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The last bedroom also has a double bed + an extra pull-out bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is located in the hallway with shower, sink and toilet.



You’ll really enjoy the outdoors of Villa Margarita. From the heated private pool (which is only heated on request) to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.



The perfect place for cyclists or a family beach getaway! Make sure you book your vacation early!



Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: The villa is located in a residential area and it must be quiet outside in the evening from 22:00 PM.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
