Spread over two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Youenter the villa on the upper level, where you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and dining table. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which features stunning sea views and a lounge set—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.



Also on the upper floor is one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a fitted wardrobe, along with a ensuite bathroom featuring a bath-shower, sink and toilet.



Downstairs are the two additional bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, ceiling fans (no air conditioning) and fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet is located in the hallway.



Outside on the lower level, you’ll find the private 8x4 swimming pool surrounded by sun beds, where you can relax while enjoying the spectacular views over Cumbre del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea.

3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
