Contemporary Villa With Stunning Sea Views and Large Sun Terrace

Hilary & team made our check in & stay easy. The online photos don’t do the villa justice - it is truly magnificent. Modern; cool; all the mod cons & stunning view. Hilary found us the Burger Stop restaurant walking distance from the villa - Family friendly with so much more than burgers. We had a fabulous time & would highly recommend!

Lovely large property. Only 4 of us stayed even though it is set up for 6. If 6 people had stayed there would still have been plenty of room. Room configurations were lovely. The outside area is huge and the large shaded area was very welcome in the August heat. It was lovely to be able to sit anywhere outside and admire the view which we will never forget. The peninsula is definitely the place to stay in Kas and the convenience of the half hourly dolmus at 12TL each really made a difference to our holiday. Thanks go to Hilary and her team for resolving any queries we had (which were only small) promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Location: The pensinula is the place to be in Kas, quiet at night, safe and the views are spectacular. Villa Aida is close to the tip of the Peninsula, therefore best views and little street noise. Unfortunatelly the porperties on the left, on the right and below the Villa are abandoned and falling apart. Not a pretty view, especially at night, but also little the owners can do about it - well some plants could actually help. Unfortunatelly there are few and they are small, not providing any cover. We would rate this 4 out of 5 stars The Villa itself is nice and clean and modern, as shown on the pictures. Furniture and equipment is on the budget side. Beds were ok, lights provided a cool artificial energy saving atmosphere at night. The lights in the kitchen are positioned in the center of the room, making it difficult to prepare food, when dark. We also missed some basic stuff in the kitchen like a large salad bowl or a cheese grater. I would rate this 3 of 5. Service provided by Hilary was excellent. Very responsive and helpful with any request we had and any help we needed. Clearly 5 stars. Value for Money … Views are spectacular as long as you dont look left or right, equipment and furniture on the budget side, we would rate this 3 of 5 for off season. If you travel in the summer, some of the above may not affect you.

We had the most stunning views and the villa itself provided everything we needed. The one thing which we would have liked was slightly more privacy as the pool located at the front of the property was overlooked by surrounding properties and we could be seen swimming and relaxing by passers by on the road. The agent was extremely helpful and even provided us with basic food essentials on arrival. Few things to note are the beds were not very comfortable and the sun loungers needed replacing as they were all broken but this didn’t make too much of a difference to our stay here. I would recommend this Villa for its beautiful surroundings and location. There is a bus stop on the doorstop and some excellent restaurants a few yards away. The main town centre is a 10 minute bus ride and if you decide to hire a car beware that parking is difficult in town. Thanks Hillary for your support and help we had an excellent time here.

My family of six had a fantastic holiday staying at villa Aida. Peaceful location with a regular bus service to Kas town every 30minutes. The villa was tastefully decorated with modern amenities. Sunsets were fantastic. Highly recommend.
