Contemporary house 240m² with outdoor JACUZZI

This is a lovely home in Berck, near the sea. The owner’s mum met us at the property to give us the keys and show us round. The owner, Celine, was contactable via WhatsApp and so contact was very swift and efficient. The house has everything you might need- home from home! It is a very spacious, comfortable and well equipped home with bikes and various beach boards. There are even some horses and a small stable to the rear of the garden! Our teenage sons loved the suspended net on the first floor! This was our first visit to this part of France and we will definitely be back.

Great accommodation. It’s clean, spacious, fantastic outdoor space for the whole family. The garden is much more mature than the photos online which means there is lots of shade and privacy. The paddock with horses that you can pet from the garden was a nice surprise which the little ones loved. The showers had good pressure which is a bonus. There’s also a fun hammock inside the house!

We spent an enjoyable 2 weeks here in September. The house is a great holiday home, with good facilities. The property is very spacious, with open plan living downstairs, and large bedrooms. We liked the large decking area, with plenty of seating and sunloungers, and the child friendly garden. Our grandaughter made plenty of use of the trampoline and slide. There is a lot of chipped crockery (bowls and mugs), the cutlery is very mismatched and in poor condition. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke down on day 2 and we were without one for the duration of our stay, due to 8 week delay for replacement. It was disappointing to spend time washing up instead of doing more interesting activities. We can recommend this property for a great family holiday,when the minor issues are resolved. Gill B.

We had a nice summer holiday in Berck. The house was very well equiped and we had a nice stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We stayed there with thewhole family and we had a lot of fun, especially the trampo, bikes and the two horses.

We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely house. It had the feel of a real home rather than a place set up just for letting. Our granddaughter loved the children's room and the very child friendly garden. It was treat to be visited by the horses whenever we were in the garden. They watched us from the gate, and enjoyed an occasional apple.

This house was large and roomy for two families with 4 children. The pictures do not do the house justice. The owners were so helpful and we would definitely recommend this house. There was lots to do in the area and we particularly loved the seals, finding crabs, Le Touquet, horse riding and the amazing beaches. This house was not your average holiday home. We felt at home as soon as we got there and we found enough bikes for us all (two smallest children in the child seats) which was a bonus.

We had a great week staying here. The house is very comfortable and clean. The photos do not do it justice. The outside area has a great deck area with sun beds and plenty of relaxing sofa chairs and a table which seats 6. We were a group of five and we managed to find enough bikes for us all. (although we did have to pump a few tyres up). There is a bakers, butchers, fruit shop, and small supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk but just 5 minutes on the bike. There is a much larger supermarket just 10-15 minutes on the bike. The beach was 10 minutes on the bike, with cycle paths available most all of the way. The closest restaurant is 10 minutes walk. Others are 20 -30 minutes walk or more. We used the bikes all of the time and loved it. Without them I think the house is too far from the beach and town to walk everywhere all of the time. This great family home is in a quiet residential area close to the beach and town of Berck. The house is modern with lots of interesting features. It is well equipped, the bathrooms are luxurious and the bedrooms very comfortable. There is a great decking area and large garden with brilliant facilities for children including bikes, play equipment, trampoline and 2 friendly horses. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would like to return one day having had a wonderful holiday.

This is a fantastic property, it is a well loved house, it has everything you need and is very clean and tidy. The Garden is just as lovely as the inside. We even took advantage of the bikes as there are many cycle paths in berck, and a bike with a seat for the 2 year old. Our 2 weeks have flown by, there are some fantastic beaches and lovely towns to visit. The owners are very helpful and even had car park passes for beach parking which is ideal if you have 2 small children with lots of buckets and spades! We will defiantly be returning for another family holiday.
