Very clean and very accessible. Loved the location and easy access to main road. One of the few VRBO's that I have stayed in that had a Keurig.
The property was nice, clean and easy to find. I was staying with a friend and we were a bit cramped especially sharing the bathroom. I would recommend more for a couple. The island is made up of many different apartment type structures and higher end stays. There is a nice shopping district with upper end restaurants and stores. The beach is a short walk across the street and through another set of housing. I'm not sure whats normal but the tide seemed high, making the beach small any time we went to it. Not your normal play in the sand (its more muddy feeling than gritty) hang out all day kind of beach. We were able to find a lot of neat seashells and ocean life washed up on the beach. Just for my personal preference, this was a bit of a stuffy community and not a comfortable relaxing spot. We unfortunately also experienced cloudy and cool weather for the whole visit which I was told was not normal. There are plenty of dishes and toilet paper. Bring everything else you need. I had one question while there and could not figure out how to contact Vacasa. I don’t really understand if they own or just manage the property. There is a flight of stairs you will have to carry your things in and out of. It's not a bad stay for the money but I personally wouldnt go back to this community in general.
Our small villa was perfect. Clean well appointed.
The unit is clean and nice. However, the owner or management company is ridiculously frugal and absent several key staples that should come with any rental. We were given for a week, three trash bags, three dishwasher, soaps, and no sign of even salt and pepper, much less and hairdryer or beach towels. For such a nice little place, it was disappointing to see such sensitivity to supplies or anything remotely extra.
Our stay at Kiawah was just what we needed to unplug and put work aside for a week. We hope to be back next year.
Condo well appointed. Comfortable. Super clean
Pretty and we’ll equipped
Absolutely loved this space! So much, I’ve already rebooked for the fall. The decor and details are charming without being over the top or too personal. The property is a tiny walk across a parking lot to the beach- east to carry all your stuff.
This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this unit and we love it! Meets our needs perfectly! Our only complaint of the Island is golf is too expensive! Very few people on the courses, as a result!
Great size/location for a couple. The only. negative was the absence of coffee filters. Would def stay there again.
Great condo & location close to many nature centers but 20 miles on two lane roads from downtown Charleston. Beautiful resort location. Condo was just like the pictures. Highly recommend.
Clean and close to the beach. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Had plenty of essentials for cooking meals. Beautiful and quiet area. Plenty of things to do in surrounding areas such as Folly Beach and John’s Island and Charleston. We will likely visit the area again.
We loved the location and condo. The mattress was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cookware, the location was great. Two minute walk to the beach. One significant pain point for us were the strongly perfumed bed sheets. We washed them twice in the washing machine, and were unable to get the odor out. Some might not mind, but it was significant for us (like sticking an air freshener in each nostril, or burying your nose into a yankee candle).
This was a very cute unit but needs a few repairs, ceiling, dishwasher and dryer. Other than those items it was very comfortable
We come to Kiawah every year for the marathon, and usually try to stay in Mariners Watch. This was our first time at 4277. We loved the location, the decor was so pretty and comfortable. We found everything we needed and more there, and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We will be back!
This villa is a charging cottage coastal getaway with lovely decor and a great location.
Perfect for our quick getaway. So close to the beach!
This property was perfect. 2 minute wal to beach from front door of this 2nd story unit. Very well decorated with plenty of hooks to hang up wet items. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all items we needed. 5 minute walk to new market at Night Heron Park. We will definitely rent this unit again.
Property was exactly as pictured, very clean with location ideal to the beach. Manager was easily accessible via text and checked on us thruout our stay. Highly recommend this tastefully decorated condo that is perfect for a couple.
The unit was clean and beautiful inside. Lots of clean towels. Will stay again in the future
Comfortable, quiet,& convenient to beach & restaurants
We loved everything about this villa. The decor is stylish yet cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. Felt like a sophisticated beach cottage tree house. The location, about 200 steps from the beach, was so convenient. And it was very centrally located on the island —great for biking and walking. We’ll definitely return!
This property was exactly as described. Clean, close to the beach, well equipped kitchen. Fabulous experience would stay here again.
This property is perfect for a couple to enjoy all of Kiawah. Very very clean and in a perfect location walking distance to the beach.
We was surprised…
Property was just as described! Immaculate, beautifully decorated and easily accessible to the beach. A gem.
Only thing missing was space to put away a few groceries! The island itself was amazing…. beautiful biking trails…… however, golf was too pricey’
Great location to beach, restaurants, and bike/hiking trails. Home is lean, comfortable, well-equipped, and well furnished.
