We had a great stay with some friends at this condo! We loved the furnishings, decor, and especially the location (right on the beach). And the owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive!

The condo was beautifully updated with an incredible view. This unit is located on Boardwalk 22. All we had to do is walk out to the boardwalk and we were on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent directly in front of us. Our friends staying in the complex next to us were jealous as to how nice our unit was compared to theirs.The Sanctuary was just a few minutes walk. We were able to rent bicycles there and have lunch.We were there celebrating our sons wedding. The wedding, the condo and everything around us was a perfect 10.My only suggestion to our host is to make sure that everything the guests need is well in stock, which includes toilet paper, full hand soap dispensers, and cleaning supplies.We will denitely contact our host when we come back. Was a great trip!!

Unit was well furnished with kitchen equipment and laundry supplies. Furniture and mattresses very comfortable. Good TVs. Great view of beach and ocean. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to any unforseen problems (like some noisy construction that was going on and only one elevator in service). He wanted to ensure we were happy. That meant a lot.

My husband and I rented this fabulous condo over Thanksgiving weekend with more family staying in a condo close by. Beautiful ocean front condo with easy access to the beach. Wonderful experience! We will definitely rent this lovely home again! fabulous!

We had a lovely two week stay at this property. Had everything we needed to make it our home for a couple of weeks. Bedding extremely comfortable. Mattress and pillows as well (and we struggle with that even at high end 5-stars). Showers in both bathrooms spa like. Waking up every day with the beautiful ocean view was fabulous. Loved watching movies after our nightly beach walks curled up with cozy blankets, fireplace and big sectional couch. Owner so nice and on top of everything. Had so much fun cooking in this kitchen and not needing to go out every night. Family, food, fun and lots of snuggles in this comfortable property were awesome. Kiawah has always been our place to go, but this place is great. We’d run up from the beach for a second and run right back down to our chairs. So literally steps to beach. View is unmatched as is location on island. Recommend the island beach service that sets up your chairs and umbrellas too. So easy. We brought our bikes and biked and ran daily on beach and trails. Special place!
