Stayed Dec 1, 2023This property is absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we entered we could tell the care and thought the owners have put into making this home an amazing destination while visiting the area. There was not one thing we needed while we were there, they legitimately thought of everything! Beds were comfy as was the rest of the house. We loved watching the sunrise and birds from the screened lanai overlooking the mangroves. We made good use of the grill and dining set in the front patio area. The local area provides much to do. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a short drive away and the hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to use. There are three nature preserves surrounding Perico Bay Club that offer trails for walking and biking. The house was very well stocked, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable in every respect. Your every single need has been anticipated by these gracious hosts and their attention to detail and amenities is stunning. We highly recommend this property!
