Comfortable island villa with private heated pool, courtyard & easy beach access

The property was perfect for our week long vacation. The most beautiful beach is a short walk away. White talcum powder like sands and a bath like sea. The property has a fabulous heated and private pool, I spent much of my time in it. The home has everything you need. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and massive. Quite a lot larger than we are used to in the UK. We are already planning our next holiday and we will be hopefully booking the same home.

I came down with my wife and daughter and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. It was peaceful and cozy and perfect for us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a great week at this property. Pool had great sun throughout the day. Easy walk to the beach and about a mile into town. Bikes are not needed but a great way to explore the island. Our third time in Anna Maria at a different property every time, this did not disappoint. Two of us on the trip, can fit more but could be tight. Would recommend.

I have just had one of my best holidays ever. The home is ideally located, just a short walk to beautiful beach. Also very near some very good restaurants. It has a great, private and heated, swimming pool. We are already planning our next holiday and will want to come back to the same home.

Pros: The home is a block and a half from the Gulf! Such an easy walk to be in the ocean. It’s only a mile walk to The Sandbar restaurant and shops and a little more than that to The Waterfront restaurant. The home was well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils - everything you would need for a week stay. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained and the lawn chairs were comfortable and modern. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was very nice. The air conditioner worked really well and the shower had excellent water pressure. Speaking of showers, the outdoor shower was really nice to wash the beach sand off before heading inside. The bathroom was supplied with a little amenities kit (Dove brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The back patio was comfortable and well equipped with pillows on the chairs and a high powered fan. It was perfect to get away from the bugs at twilight. Cons- The pillows were horrendous. I cannot stress this enough- bring your own pillows!!! The bed was just ok-ish. A higher fence around the front of the house would’ve been ideal. There wasn’t really any privacy in the area that we spent the majority of our time. Summary- we would stay again and really enjoyed this house. The cons aren’t meant to dissuade anyone, just a heads up so you know what to expect.

Great location less than four minute walk to the beach. The pool was very nice. The house did have beach towels and beach chairs. We definitely would rent again.

Overall stay was enjoyable. Pool is not private as described since there is only a 4 foot high wall separating the properties.. Location is perfect and the home is well equipped. We will probably look elsewhere next year that has a private pool since we go to the beach 1st half of the days and the pool in the afternoon. We want total privacy while in the pool. If that doesn't matter to you this place is perfect.
