This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The ocean views are stunning and the landscaping beautiful. Then the home itself has gorgeous tiles throughout. We loved our stay here and the hosts were fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location with a fantastic view. The apartment is very nice, large and equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this special house with a breathtaking view of the water from the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The home was large and comfortable. Our hosts were great and assisted us in any way we needed. The gardens were so beautiful, the house felt very safe and we could swim right out the front door and across the street. We also loved exploring Marsala and the Salt pans. Great restaurants and lovely warm winds for kite surfing made our 8 day stay here perfect. Would love to return and recommend the house highly.

A great location for exploring and kiting. You can kite at a number of locations along the lagoon. Everything we needed for our stay. Works well for a couple or a family of 4. Thanks for a good couple of weeks.

The property offers stunning views. Also it is perfectly situated to travel to Marsala and Trapani with ease.

The villa is ideal for a couple but would easily accommodate a family of four. Spacious and comfortable just five minutes by car from central Marsala. Rosella and Teo are the perfect hosts - sharing ideas for visits, local knowledge and some delicious food! They also let us borrow bikes which ideal for the trip to the local gels terai. Easy days out include historic Erice, Segesta and Selinunte and a boat trip to the Egadi Islands is a must. Marsala is a delightful town to explore.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the big balcony and the garden from which you'll see beautiful sunsets. The house is spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable. With the car you'll reach the kite spot and Marsala in about 10 minutes. Rosella and Teo are very friendly hosts. We'll be happy to return.

If you are looking for a beautiful private home, right on the water, not far away from Marsala, and only minutes from the kite-beached of Lo Stagnone and Tonnarella, then this is your home. The home sleeps one couple and two children on a bunk bed (in a separate bedroom) upstairs, plus 2 people on a futon downstairs if you are a party of 6. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. The beautiful balcony overlooks the fishing pier along the coastal road. The speed limit on the road is 30Km and it is not overly busy. I stayed at Rosella’s and Teo’s property in May 2016 for 2 weeks and could not have been happier. The owners are lovely, friendly and trustworthy people. The home was beautiful and clean and anything you could ask for in a vacation rental. They started a WIFI just for my stay and provided everything I was looking for. Enjoy, Andreas
