Stayed Aug 20, 2022Overall impression of this property was very good the owner is obviously refurbishing the villa part by part and the accommodation is lovely just the small stand alone bathroom that appears to need a little love. Kitchen is really nice outside cooking area also very good, plenty of space outside for sun beds and shaded area for eating, well kept pool, WONDERFUL VIEWS and sun all day. Benimeit is an area of Moraira we know well so were prepared to have to use a car to get around, steep driveway up to the house and tight turn in from the road took some getting used to but once mastered it was no problem. Would reccommend this villa.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022we love moraira and have visited a number of times. this villa was perfect for two families. spacious, clean and comfortable. has amazing views with moraira and the sea in the distance. 1 area of caution is the driveway is secure behind an electric gate which is great, but very steep and not enough room to turn at the top (so you need to be comfortable reversing down a steep driveway) also some additional areas for improvement i couldn’t see any smoke alarms fitted (that i feel should be addressed immediately) and some minor maintenance is needed, pool light not working, but doesn’t distract this is a lovely villa
