GOLF CART – ONLY $49 PER STAY

Make getting around the resort even easier! Guests can use the property`s golf cart for just $49 total for the entire stay.

The $49 fee isnot included in the reservation price. Registration is required before use. Guests must provide the required driver information, accept the golf cart terms and conditions, and receive approval before operating the cart. Driver age, safety, and usage requirements apply.

Once approved, the golf cart offers a fun, convenient way to get around Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in accordance with community and property rules.

THE TOWNHOME

The main level features an inviting open living area with comfortable seating, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and access to a covered outdoor patio.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, generous cabinet and counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there`s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bathroom, and access to a covered balcony

Second Bedroom: Queen bed and two twin beds with convenient access to a full bathroom

Living Room: Pull-out sleeper sofa

Start your morning with a trip to the beach, spend the afternoon by the pool, enjoy mini golf and other resort activities, then return home to relax on the covered patio or balcony.

With accommodations for up to 7 guests, 11 pools, beach access, extensive resort amenities, and a golf cart available for only $49 per stay, Coastal Dreams offers families and groups a comfortable, convenient home base for experiencing Panama City Beach.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.

No smoking or vaping in the property.
No pets.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors at all times.
Boats, watercraft, trailers, campers, buses, and RVs are not permitted.
Do not hang towels, clothing, rugs, or other items from balconies, terraces, railings, or exterior stairways.
No cooking or grilling on balconies, terraces, or exterior stairways.
One bath towel per registered guest is provided for the stay. Please bring additional towels if needed. You may not take bath towels to the beach.
No lifeguards are on duty at community pools. Swim at your own risk.
A valid photo ID and completion of required guest/identity verification may be required before check-in.
All guests must follow Ocean`s Door Getaways rules, Gulf Highlands Beach Resort/community rules, and applicable laws.
Ocean`s Door Getaways may require verification of serious or reported rule violations. The primary guest must reasonably cooperate with requests to address or verify a reported violation.
Confirmed violations may result in applicable charges or termination of the stay, subject to the reservation terms, applicable law, and booking-platform policies.

By booking, guests agree that compliance with these house and community rules is a condition of occupancy.
