Stayed Nov 23, 20231. It was advertised as a Ground Floor Flat. It's a town house. Which means stairs, not suitable for elderly. 2. The smell of damp rising up from the ground floor was very bad particularly when it rains. This is the most serious problem and is awful. 3. The ground floor toilet ventilates into the corridor on the 1st & 2nd floor. Dreadful! 4. The deck outside was dangerously slippery and area in need of urgent maintenance. 5. Upon arrival, there was a chopping board on the counter. When moved, there was mould beneath. 6. Plates were stacked with dirty dishes in between. 7. Mould was found on the surface of certain cooking pots. 8. Ground floor room had a bed that was missing a support underneath. We took photos!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023It's a great property in so many ways. The location is ideal. Walking distance from some great restaurants, the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Harbour area. There's plenty of space for 8 in the living area, though 10 woukd be a squeeze chair and sofa wise. Clean throughout. Good to have the use of the garage, to put the car away safely for the entire weekend.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023A very central and spacious location for a large group. The host was very accomodating and responded quickly to any request. Good parking at the house.
