ClickSardegna Villa Luna in Alghero: with infinity pool and beautiful garden

A very enjoyable stay for two weeks in late July. Despite an arrival delay beyond our control, our hosts waited patiently for our arrival and guided us through the property quickly. The villa has lovely gardens and a fine pool which is regularly maintained by the owners. The accommodation has air conditioning throughout which kept everyone cool on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for our holiday. We enjoyed spending time around and in the pool and the outdoor shower is an added bonus. Be aware that the shallow end is still 1.2 metres deep so this may be a factor if you have very small children who are learning to swim. The owners are delightful - Paolo is a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and Nadia has been so easy to communicate with. They have both made our break stress free and completely relaxing - thank you so much!!

We won’t forget our stay here: facilities were very good, everything we needed to cook, comfy mattress and, of course, the pool… beautiful and soo clean! Besides wonderful gardens where the owners Paolo and the property manager Mercedes did a stunning perfect job! Ah, there’s also an outdoor bbq’s just close to the pool ;) We had a lovely welcome after a late night arrival which was thoughtful. The information pack was also so helpful, we went to several of the recommended beaches, towns and restaurants, all of which did not disappoint. I’ve also enjoyed running from the house to the beach: 3.5km(ish) in the middle of nature 3 We can’t recommend this property enough, thanks Paolo and Mercedes for the best communication ever! And of course the amazing stay!

This house is fantastic! Probably the best we have ever rented and we have rented houses all over Europe in the south of France. When we were driving over the hills to get to the house, we were nervous because it seemed remote. Then we walked through the gate and saw the house. It is perfectly designed and situated with an amazing view of the hills. In the main villa there are 3 bedrooms. In the guest house our in-laws stayed, so they could have their privacy without having to wake up at night to the crying of the youngest child. Sliding doors open the entire house to the outside. The beds are comfortable. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. The pool was perfect for cooling off (it was very hot) and adds a lot to the house. The lawn is manicured and the trees create shade all day which makes outdoor living very pleasant. There is an outdoor shower. My children loved swimming in the pool at all hours. We ate outside and watched the stars at night. It was so peaceful. Check-in and check-out were easy. There is plenty of space for parking. The location is 10 minutes from downtown Alghero, so we had several quick trips for lunch and dinner. The only things we could have used were another set of towels so we had one for swimming and one for bathing, a light blanket for the beds, and thicker pillows. These are small things and we really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend it to families or multiple couples. EB
