Cielo Vista is a hilltop villa with two king suites, a queen loft, and a queen apartment (available for an additional fee), sleeping 6–8 guests. The home blends Latin-style flooring, white plaster walls, and rich mahogany accents. Enjoy AC throughout the villa, including the living room, loft, and kitchen, plus a whole-house generator for added comfort. Relax on the pool deck with breathtaking Caribbean Sea views and unforgettable sunsets.



The Space:

Upon entering the villa, you’ll find the central hub of the home: a two-story lofted Great Room designed to capture gentle Caribbean breezes and abundant natural light. The space features multiple seating areas, A/C, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The loft includes a queen bed and catwalk leading to a private second-story deck. Loft guests share a bathroom with one of the king bedrooms, as the loft does not have its own en-suite.



The Great Room is flanked by two private king bedrooms, each with A/C, king beds, and en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities and spacious spa-style showers.



The fully equipped kitchen opens to the Great Room, allowing guests to enjoy the views and conversation while meals are prepared. Across from the kitchen, a large screened veranda provides a comfortable space for relaxing, dining, or reading while overlooking the private pool and lush tropical gardens—perfect for sunsets and evening cocktails.



The lower-level studio apartment offers an additional private retreat with a kitchen, living area, queen bed, and screened patio. This apartment is available for an additional fee and must be booked by reserving for 8 guests. If the apartment is not reserved, it will remain private, locked, and not rented to other parties during your stay.



Guest Access:

BOOKVI will arrange for a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour of the property, answer any questions about the home, and share helpful insights about the island. Check-in arrangements are tailored to your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the area to ensure a smooth arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Gift Hill, this villa enjoys spectacular westward-facing views, perfect for breathtaking Caribbean sunsets. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from Cruz Bay, the Virgin Islands National Park beaches, and scenic hiking trails.



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.

Other Things to Note:

All Guests will receive a contract for signature for terms and conditions. Once your flight is booked, we ask that you please provide your flight information so we can help plan a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St Thomas.



We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. Guests can expect a few emails to help with your vacation planning. We look forward to welcoming you to St. John!



Cielo Vista also offers a lower-level studio apartment that can be added for an additional nightly fee. The studio includes its own kitchen and private bathroom. If the apartment is not reserved, it will remain vacant and locked during your stay and will never be rented to separate guests. Please feel free to inquire before booking if you would like to add this option to your stay.

Cielo Vista is managed by BOOKVI, an island concierge service that is readily available to assist with guest needs — whether it’s dinner reservations, boat charters, or rental gear for your beach adventures.

    Our vacation was great, despite the chaos back in the States. The home was perfect for the 3 of us--one couple in one BR and another single. I'm not sure I'd call the loft a 3rd BR as s/h/they would have to share one of the 2 bathrooms. The floors could have been a bit cleaner but, beyond that, perfectly fine, stocked with supplies, and Brandon and staff were totally responsive and made last minute dinner reservations. Book ahead! The roads were tough; we had a RAV4; get a Jeep. We'll visit STJ again and likely use BOOKVI.reservations.. I'm

    Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa on St. John. Communication with the property manager was so quick and they were so helpful with things pertaining to the house but also to help with rental car, ferry schedules, restaurant recommendations, etc. The AC in the bedrooms was so nice after a hot day on the beach. There isn't AC in the main kitchen and living room area so it was a little warm in June. But we opened the porch doors for a breeze.The kitchen overlooks the water and we cooked breakfast each day and some dinners too. Very well stocked house and kitchen. The porch was so nice for sitting and reading in the mornings while our kids slept. This was our second trip to St. John and we plan to come back. We love this island and the beaches are just stunning! We swam with turtles, sting rays, and so many gorgeous fish.

    There was so much to love about this place! It was a beautiful house with a stunning view, well equipped, comfortable and clean, and the management company was extremely responsive. The location is out of town, which we liked, fairly close to the Windmill Bar. For the most part it was very peaceful... except when it wasn't. St John was undergoing rolling blackouts and the generator, which we were blessed to have, I know, sounded like a jackhammer and smelled like a schoolbus. So it was complicated.

    The photos of this property did not do it justice, the house itself and the views are much more spectacular in person. The drive was a little on the steep side, but so worth it for the home. Wish there would have been AC in the kitchen area but otherwise it was absolutely amazing.

    We loved this property and would definitely go back! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The screened in patio was amazing for meals and lounging. The pool was just perfect and the views were outstanding! The two bedrooms are air conditioned and have connected bathrooms. They are on opposite sides of the living space which was great for privacy. The loft is not air conditioned but that worked fine for our 6 year old with multiple fans. Great kitchen, washer and dryer. The host was present when we arrived and available by text as needed. 5 minutes to Cruz Bay and 10 minutes to beaches.

    We were a family of five-three generations which included a one-year-old. The attention paid to us to ensure our overall happiness was outstanding. We had a three-day downpour and the house has lots of seating options (fairly unusual) which made the at- home parts of our stay really fun. Lost power for an hour or two during the storm and the generator kicked in nicely. Brandon checked in to see that all was well. The house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear and entertainment. Loved all the reading options. The views are sensational, the pool refreshing and the driveway spacious and level. A bonus which is seldom mentioned and hard to find in an island house! Also an easy in and out to Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches. Highly recommend!

    We were not new to the Caribbean but were new to St. John's Island. We spent a fair amount of time exploring various properties but ended up settling in with Book VI's property and we were sure glad that we did! Not only was the property all that we had hoped for, but the staff and their exceptional service and support were an unexpected bonus. We most definitely will be repeating our trip to St John's Island and will be using Book VI!

    The views are beyond amazing, the house had everything we could want including a screened-in porch with views, the pool is a treat, and the rooms are so comfortable. The location is an easy short drive from everywhere you want to go. The property managers were extremely nice and helpful, especially Brandon and Ashley. Highly recommended!
