Manhattan Beach No Smoking Policy
Manhattan Beach has a strict no smoking policy— smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited everywhere in the city including the sale of all tobacco and marijuana products. This means that unfortunately there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the city. As hosts we are expected to enforce no smoking on the premises including inside, outside on the patio, and the front of the house. Violations may result in up to a $500 fee.

Checkout Checklist
Before you go, please: Gather used towels, Wash any used dishes, Take out the trash, Return the keys to the lockbox, and lock the door behind you.
~ Extra dirty An additional cleaning fee starting at $100 may apply.
~ Damage anything We understand things happen. Let us know so we can work together on the repair or replacement. We kindly ask guests to cover the cost.

Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM daily. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume levels peaceful inside and outside of the house at all times. Its best practice to close all windows and doors at night to help keep sound inside. Noise complaints may lead to booking cancellation (no fun for anyone). To help with this, we use Minut to measure decibel levels in common areas and let you know if you are being too loud.
