Charming Villetta with Private Walled Garden 13 minutes from a pristine beach!

Experience a restful vacation in our tranquil cottage - your home away from home. In the summer, you can relax under the pergola in the back garden, barbecue or make your own pizza in the outdoor oven, plus visit the most pristine Salento beach in just 13 minutes. Cozy up in front of one of two working fireplaces, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lush olive grove. Escape the hustle of the city and enjoy the quiet of the countryside, while still being close to amenities and centrallylocated to enjoy key sights in Puglia.


Not only will you benefit from a tranquil stay in the Salento countryside, but you will also be 6 minutes from the centre of San Vito dei Normanni, 13 minutes to gorgeous Torre Guaceto nature reserve, with its pristine beach and crystal clear Adriatic waters; 25 minutes to Ostuni, Salento’s beautiful white city and 15 minutes to Brindisi airport. It’s also a great starting point to explore popular tourist centres less than an hour away such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Otranto and Lecce.

The closest town, San Vito dei Normanni, is a beautiful bustling town with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. It has several grocery stores open throughout the week, tons of shopping options, and a bustling historical centre, often with events happening in the summer.

Our villetta is tucked behind our olive grove which also has fig and apricot trees. It is 90 square metres and encompasses the following:
- a large, comfortable living room, including dining set next to the fireplace;
- a reading room with armchairs and a fireplace;
two bedrooms with Queen beds;
- a newly renovated bathroom, with full size bathtub and shower plus washing machine;
- an eat-in kitchen, with brand-new induction oven and refrigerator plus kitchen island.

At the front you’ll find an inviting porch with bistro seating and at the back, a private stone-walled garden complete with a pergola and outdoor dining set, in addition to a wood/charcoal barbecue and an outdoor oven (pizza, anyone !). You can enjoy the outdoor private space all day and come back for a meal under the stars and lights in the evening.

Our home is also equipped with 3 air conditioning units (hot/cold), ceiling fans and a stand-alone fan. Newly-installed shutters keep the house cool and breezy, during the summer. Additionally, all windows and doors have mosquito netting to keep pesky mosquitos out. Hot water is available in the kitchen and bathroom, along with an indoor washing machine. We are confident you will have a comfortable stay.

We also have a smart TV with wifi access to connect you to all the streaming services you would use at home. The wifi connection is very fast Starlink wifi (300Mbps+) and we regularly work from the villetta over Zoom without issue.

Parking for several cars is available free on the property.
