illa Antonella is located in a quiet and panoramic area that enjoys a unique view of the sea of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa is just 2 km from the sea and the famous beach of Guidaloca.

The center of the small town of Castellammare del Golfo, where you find all the main services such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes by car.

The villa is for exclusive use and it has a large covered patio with access to the infinitypool with waterfall and an unforgettable sea view and the solarium area with sun loungers. Surrounded by olive trees, palms, Mediterranean plants and large outdoor spaces, guests can relax under the sun of Sicily.

The villa consists of two levels and can be accessed on the ground floor, where you find the entrance area, a kitchen in the traditional style, equipped with all necessaries, a dining area, a relax area where you can access to the patio, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. A large internal staircase leads to the first floor where we find 1 double bedroom with terrace and sea view, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with French bed overlooking the garden and a large bathroom with double shower. At the rear of the villa there is a large covered patio with outdoor kitchen, large barbeque, dining area and relaxation area.
